Tiles gyno op

Anyways, i will continue to update. this is a valuable thread and timeline for those looking to do excesion of the gland that are low bf% . read the thread and you will quickly realize some of my mistakes along the way, and also probably some knowledge to prepare your hunt for the right surgeon. Us bbers are different. We may exam or be examined by others under direct lighting, and scrutiny. We may contract are muscles in ways that once we have scar tissue or a plastic surgery it may look funny or un natural. These along with the skill set of the surgeon are HUGE factors in outcome. If I could do it over again at this point , I would have waited a year or two. Gynecomastia.org is a great resource, and you can find gyne specialists across the us and uk, mexico etc. You may find real patient reviews , timelines, and stories to prepare yourself. Puffy nipples is not as uncomplicated of a procedure as some Plastic Surgeons say. It takes skill , craft, and aesthetic knowledge - especially for the body builder client , with higher demands.

Im hoping my scar tissue fades or I can get kenalog shots latter down the road to smooth them out, and I hope the leftward crater fills in with muscle or whathave you. We will know far more in weeks to come

In the updated pictures everything looks great. Even before you drained it they weren't bad but I can also understand the anxiety and wanting to take action. Looks good though just try to be patient man. Appreciate this thread and the updates

I'm embracing my gyno. One day Ill take care of it. I'm curious to see how this plays out my friend. I'm sure I would be doing all the same things as you have been.

thanks BigJP, hope your right! patience is the key here with this operation that is certain!!!!! I appreciate the support my man

tile you are a natural gyno surgeon ;)

you know ive def thought about higher education. The tattoo sleeve may make for a non traditional doctor , but I am highly interested in the medical field. Maybe a personal trainer? idk still in early 30s headed back to school this year to finish my Associates in Science, and if I figure it out during that time great.

Naturalkon , embracing your gyne is probably the most difficult feat, past patience. Accepting a flaw and moving foward with it, its indeed a task. I think that we may have to all accept that our chest arent 100 percent to our likings. Im going to try to go easy on this doctor is some irregularities persist. No smashing his head with a dumbell , least not yet

Thanks Mr. B66 , yeah, i think it def helped to drain them. I informed my doctors nurse finally .. She said he doesnt drain seromas as everyone has them and its typical to have 20cc of fluid in them during recovery. I call bullshit ,but i will listen for now, as i think accumlation has def slowed. appointment 1 mo post op is on the 27th

Great log Tile. Informative and I'm sure it will help a lot of us that practice this lifestyle. Keep grinding my dude. Good speed on recovery.

Thanks Strong!!

I am having Gyno surgery this coming monday. I didn't think about doing a post but I just might as I thought this to be very helpful. I am however getting the Lypo and if necessary I will get the excision but I hope i do not need it. From everything I have gathered just the removal of the gland usually doesn't look good. I believe that lip is needed to make it look its best. But I will also post a thread with my results and there is no way I would drain anything myself. The doctor should have had drains in each nipple because they will have to drain themselves from what I have been told by my surgeon and the few that I have visited. Good luck and thank you for posting.

Do some reading on gynecomastia.org mo juice

Expect 4-6 weeks of down time .

From what I understand lipo beats yah up pretty good ... So be prepared to relax for a few weeks . Lipo is more about ur bf% than anything. Maybe it can help smooth contours out . Gland excision is for glands that's are palpable to the touch and if
It's causing puffy nipples it is usually done

a good discusion for AAS users with GYNE , or after GYNE removal especially is :

AI , SERM , extra preventive measures to take while on Heavy Aromatizing cycles

after going through this surgery, you wont want to do it again if successful I will tell you that !!!!

so what extra measures other than controlling your e2 with an AI would you take?

do you take NOLVA throughout as a mental/physical barrier from ever any regrowth, or jst maintain e2 levels within ref range?

THOUGHTS????

DHT transdermal could knock out your gyno if you were to ever get it again.

Another brother jst told me he runs 10mgs of nolva ed on cycle now - and 12.5 aro ed . Keeps test lower round 300 . I'm
Assuming makes up for it with other non aromatizing stacks

gottcha iintensity.. dose the dht affect your hair, or is that only dht that is in the scalp that does that?

anyways im feeling like i could hit the gym again today is week 3 , day 21. incisions have about closed 100 % and swelling is partially gone. feeling good. temped to lift, but may hold off 1 more week till post op appointment we will see.

Oh. My. God. Haha. I can jab myself with gear all day long but I don't think there's any possible way I could jab that in my nip area and drain shit myself. You sir are a stone cold motherfucker. Geez.

fastasf.. it wasnt so bad. but i feel ya.. i debated this for hours that first day. more like 2 day mental debate. we all have the pinz and alcohol wipes i jst manned up. the youtube vid made me a little queezy , but its mind over matter. the intial pin is jst like anywhere else you either get a good entry painless, or you prick a nerve and proceed slowly , and it goes in smooth after intial jolt. does suck thou. if you give your nipple an infection i heard it can die, neocrisis (sP?) scary right.
