Tiles gyno op

Hitn chiro in a few min . Talked to him this am and he is sure it's not major thankfully .. I agree gettn cracked is dangerous in ways .. I fortunately trust this one

Back felt fine today first day of relief I hope I'm not talking to soon .

Got a great chest workout in .. Except my right arm tendonidis is flairing up hard - wearn a ace wrap now . Also I noticed my flat bench between surgery and elbow I've lost a solid 100 pounds damn near off of it .
135 x 25
225 x 8
275 x 1
185 x 15
135 x 15
Dumbell inclines - 55#s 3 sets to failure drop setting into the 35#s till fail repeat
Chest dips 3 sets
Supered with underhand chest flys

Machine incline press and machine chest flys and siting press machine all circuit style no rest 3 sets .

Then 5 sets of cable curls single armed , coupled with tri pushdowns . Great pump .

Day 38 post or so . Got home And my nipples were bruised around them from the workout .

Also I've noticed some new puffiness now as my nips are dealing with a lot of scar tissue growth at this point . Sucks I massage as frequent as possible

Update:
lets see Im about 6-7 weeks post now. Im pretty happy with the areolas at this point. looking downward from chin view, there is no puff , which I was constantly used too for 16 years or so. The left one which healed slower and was puffier post op, is still the worse one. But marginally. What i believe is left is some residual puffiness around the scar tissue. hopefully the scars reduce, and or I will request a kenelog shot at my 3mo post. I did however notice a strange white thread haning out one of my incisions, and i grabbed it with a pair of tweezers, and about 1'' of stitching came out! fucking alarming, i was supposedly given disposible sutures. idk if this was something my body couldnt absorb or hadnt yet idk. I left the doctor a email, but there terrible with responses and customer service. So all is good there.

unfortuanly i think i have hernieted or worsened the buldge disc I had at L1-T12. L1-T12 had showed a minor disc buldge on my mri's a few years back, and the pain is from that area, so im just assuming here. Ive had 4 chiro adjustments, 1 pro massage, a bunch of homemade gf massages, using doe-terra essential oils, icy hot, inversion table, and foam roller, and my thoracic is still aching. its not un bearable, and doesnt feel unstable . no nerve pain, just a steady uncomfortable ache local to that spot. so my insurance doesnt cover images, so id have to pay a deduct to confirm. Id rather just assume, and treat with RICE. rest ice , something and something. i think i did some heavy rack pulls at my aas weight, not natty , after being off for a month, and natty, and it fucked me up .
Hoping if i lay off itll resolve. getn about 3-5 lifts per week now, and jsut going easy. leaying off back movements for now... gettn old is a bitch

Good to see you're happy with the results. In 4-6 weeks again you should see more improvement.

gettn old is a bitch

About 5 months had the same pain in the lower left side of my back. I felt the tear as I was squatting. Stopped all leg or back work for 3 months and felt good enough to return to leg work. All was great and a week later while starting off on a run, I felt a stabbing pain in my upper groin. Shit, you can't catch a break when you get old. No cardio for awhile.:(

green dog thanks for following along, its relieveing to hear that your back pain did go down. ... got a decent chest day in today

Damn bro, you are always so lean, I never noticed the gyno. I wish you a speedy recovery!

Pretty much recovered , maybe still a trace of tenderness around the scars . A bit of scar tissue under the left nip but both appear gyno free and smaller than the last 17 years living with gyno . Anyways coming off a one month break i pulled something in my mid back and have been stuck in a 2 month rut because of it

I fucked up my back about 3 weeks ago. I was doing squats. Only had 275 on the bar and just came down funny. Yesterday was the first time I have even been able to train legs since. Haven't even attempted squatting again. Injuries fucking suck. So after the surgery were you able to train chest or did it hurt for a while.

Yeah ur not training chest for 3-6 weeks after gyno surgery . I did my Legs on day 12 or so and its not worth it

Well tileguy, this thread and JBZ thread combined is some of the most valuable Information/logs that we have here on meso. Thank you for doing this, and spending your time logging. I think we need more of this type of stuff.

This is what makes meso a plethora of hard to find Info that is almost impossible to find anywhere else. Much respect!

Also, your chest looks great now! Read the whole thread and I am happy to see how good it ended up looking.

How much did the surgery cost you? I don't have any Gino issues but just curious. You may have said already but I rather not read thru 11 pages

Damn tile guy I been wondering where you been brother. What did that set you back and did you have to pay upfront or payments or what? Good to see your recovering. I'm sure I'll be heading down this road at some point unfortunately.
