I have always liked PPL. One of the ones I liked the best was Creeping Death 2. Its alot of volume but...
What is considered alot of volume?

i think i do a decent volume when i am
Mid cycle. But woukd like to see what you consider alot of volume?

Working my way back up slowly to prevent injury.

Ok cool, that sounds about right, where i end up mid cycle.

how long does a workout like that take you when alone and not with a training partner?

Nice, i am looking foward to it, keeping a very good eye on my mood, and diet. This is the most important factor when i run any compound, but especially tren. When my mood and diet is on point the tren does wonders.

ran tren 3 times, once for 6 weeks, once outside factors caused me to stop short, and now.

but i have so much more knowledge with this run then any of the others. In all aspects of life. So going to push hard. Especially since i am home all day, i can keep my diet on point.
 
So today I did back and rear delts and traps

one arm dumbell landmine
Close grip landmine
Under hand barbell row
Shrugs
Rear delt raises
Over hand high row


4 sets of each workout for 8-15 reps
 
If you ever get board and need a fun challenge on a push type day try a mechanical drop set where you start with military press then slowly lower the bench each set and then after flat bench start moving hands inward each set until you are at a really hard close grip bench. Just ab idea because you’re limited on the at home workouts.

Good idea. I just ordered an incline adjustable bench, as i was doing floor presses. But now i can do a more versatile bench workout.

i will be doing this for sure.

This was a pump day/active rest not so much heavy. My body is sore from this weeks workouts. I will do cardio at night, running up and down a huge hill 2 x on the balls of my feet for calfs.

did a bike ride, and swimming. Today also.

Up 5 lbs from the extra cals and water.

Cheese Burger with bun and Sayrkraut
Hotdog with bun
Cheese Burger with bun and saurkreut
Hotdog with bun
60 gram protein shake
Salad with 3 tbs oil 30 croutons and 2 tbs vingear, 1 tspn salt
Cheese Burger with bun and saurkraut

half gallon lemondade
Half gallon seltzer
4 cups water


Each burger was like 6-7oz cooked. It was big.

i never liked saurkraut until this year. I ate 3 cups of oragnic saurkraut lol. Should have alot of probiotics.

when i like a food ill eat it everday for every meal until i am sick of it. Then it changes. So right now its fried rice with meat, or cheese burgers/hotdogs and sauerkraut.

Decided to run Tren and Test cycle since

I homebrew.

Tren A 133 mg/mL at .3 cc ED = 280 mg
Test C 200 mg/mL at .3 cc ED = 460 mg

will do this for 6 weeks then up dose as needed.

Adding Anadrol at week 8, for 3-4 weeks. at 50 mg.

doing low doses because when i do higher my appetite is screwed up. I dont feel like blending my food and chugging it unless i really have to at the last 4 weeks.

Running a 10 weeks cycle of tren but that is ONLY if my appetite is continuously good and my mood. If my mood is affected dropping tren and running NPP.

i also have NPP, Winny, Anadrol, Dbol, Anavar, Mast P.

But tren and test is plenty.

will be logging macros in 1 week from now.

protein- 250
Carbs - 300
Fats - 100
Cals 3100

then going from there.

ending at 4000 cals around.
i am 220 6 foot 1 and 14 % bf.

i have a 300 lb barbell set and thats what i will be using.

i have a squat rack, chest floor rack, and landmine press. Along with 40 lb dumbells. Everything i need.


I dont care what i eat, as i dont get fat. Ill be eating anything and everything.

cardio is swimming, bike rides, canoeing.

do yoga every morning.

Yesterday i took off, but was active all day. Fishing and walking and carrying my fishing stuff to spots on the beach.

caught a striped bass, weakfish, fluke, and snapper. Was a good fishing day with the tide. High tide was 1 hour after the sunset. Which was good, cause i went 2 hours before when the fish were all around. So the current brought the fish in and i reeled them up.

might rig up a latpull down cable and pulley system to something for cable pulldowns and lat pulldown. Not up to that yet, my workouts are good for the time being.

rice, chicken, soy sauce, 1/4 cup oil, vegatable stir fry.

-2 cups rice, 1 chicken breast stirfry
-60 gram protein shake

-1 tomato and mozzerella, 1 fist size mozzerella, with balsamic
-1 pepperoni pizza slice

4 cups iced tea
1 cup ginger ale
6 cups water

i need to buy more seltzer.


Will be eating 1 more slice of pizza tonight and a 60 gram protein shake.
