Time for some size!

Decided to stay on tren. Cause the results are going really well right now. 220 lbs started at and now at 233 lbs. And legs are veiny. Going to try for 250 lbs but at least 240. We will see. Its been 3 weeks so far. 233 at 12-14 % bf, so 250 at 13-15% body fat would be nice.

keeping it up, cause these results are great with how hard i am pushing.

the only thing is I am more emotionless, and more irritated, so 2-4 weeks more of tren then ill switch to NPP at 400 mg for 4 weeks and then finish with anadrol added to NPP to Finish it off. I think.

Hey there I am sorry but I was reading your log and just had to say that I was really unimpressed with your training it just seems like you don't know how to train and are expecting the drugs to do all the work while also being okay with achieving mediocre results. I don't know why you are eating things like pizza and cheeseburgers and counting it towards your progress when I have looked at your workouts and they are just barely worth doing even for a natty.

I am here to learn and grow and you could obviously shut me up by proving how effecting your lightweight sets on leg days are and pumping up your shoulders later that day are for muscle growth. You must have a lot of experience or as I said you are expecting to achieve mediocre results so by all means let's see your physique on par with the stats you have given because your diet and exercise plan don't sound good.

Yes gyms are closed. I did just buy a full power rack gym, with pulleys and lat pulldown, and fly machine....making a gym in the garage.
 
Today was an active rest day.

Traps and shrugs to get those going.
10 sets of 20 reps.

1.5 hour walk.

Painting my garage floor, and putting black thud mats down. Will be able to do every thing at a gym now in my garage. My gyms are going to be closed for a LONG time.
 
After I go for a walk the vascularity in my calves are ridiculous. Looking to get that in my quads too. Definitly have noticed a quick use of muscle memory from taking some time off. I may need to find some more plates soon. As i am working back up slowly to prevent injury.

I never barbell benched in 5 years before covid, did dumbells, only.
I am pretty happy with my numbers doing barbell. By the mid of this cycle I will try a max during this. Deadlift, Squat and bench. And 1x near the end.

right now i can deadlift 405 2x, squat 300 and bench 300. I never tried to go higher because i dont want any injuries. These numbers are raw, as I dont believe in straps. I dealifted before covid, the bench and squat I did When i got barbell but had no more weights to go any higher. So i am hoping by the end of this cycle I will do a total of 1300 lbs max on 3 lifts or maybe more. By the end of the year. IF i can find some more plates at a reasonable price.

if not ill just slow down the movements increasing TUT.

In my opinion your younger years of training are when you push pounds to the limit. You push and push and push until you break a few “things”. Then you use that as a base and although using as heavy a weight as you can be realistic and focus more on refining and putting the final touches on things. Same for gear usage. Big time cycles and older guys don’t work out too good most of the time. Again just my opinion. Keep on getting in the gym and picking shit up.
