Going to lift in mornings, and then do a light workout in evenings.

-Landmine close leg squat 45, 45, 65, 65, 65

then breakfast

later will do delts.
- shoulder press
- delt raises
- rear delt flys
- traps
-shrugs

shoulders will be a light pump.
Ending the day with a walk with the dog, going up and down a huge hill to hit calfs. Walking on balls of feet doing a one leg calf press motion every step, while only on the hill. Not on flat ground as that would look weird.

So 1 week into this cycle. Cant wait until the tren kicks in soon.

might rig up a latpull down cable and pulley system to something for cable pulldowns and lat pulldown. Not up to that yet, my workouts are good for the time being.

i need to buy more seltzer.


Will be eating 1 more slice of pizza tonight and a 60 gram protein shake.

O I know, In my family we always debate where to get the best in our area. But I had a traumatic event one Christmas. I started the morning out with a ball of Mozs to the face, way bigger than my fist and was up to 6lbs by the end of the day. Didn’t have a bowel movement till I was 8lbs up and two days from ingesting the ball. Not fun.
 
Hows the Tren A treating you bro?
10 days in, its fine so far. Another week or 2 ill be able to tell. 280-300 mg a week right now. Will keep it there since eating really good. No sides yet, but taking magnesium every night. I think it helps. I have restless leg syndrome. So i take magnesium for that.

i have taken tren at 500 mg before and sweat sooo much evertime i woke, i slept in a towel. So far none.
 
I do notice i have been a but more tempered sometimes. But not all the time. Like yesterday i dropped something and felt a rush of aggression. But only during stupid stuff like that. Easily tamable.
I am an extrmely mellow guy.

so far so good. Going to bump tren to .4 mL a week. At 133 mg/mL.
So 370 mg a week instead if 280.

biceps and triceps
5 sets of each workout 7-12 reps

Over hand barbell curls
Hammer curls

overhead seated tricep extension
Skull crushers
-super set the above 2 for 2 sets of 8
Tricep kick backs



i just got my adjustable incline bench today and put it together.

I built the squat rack and bench rack out of 4x4’s and dug them in the ground 2.5 feet deep. Leaving 8 foot high. Then put barbell rack holders in made by cutting a 12 inch 4x4 and making a 30 degree miter cut. With 4 pieces. Then
Bolted it in with 2, 10-12 inch bolts for each 12 inch 4x4. Putting one at bench height and another at shoulder height. It works great. I put a cement slab for the bench and deadlifting blocks also so the barbell doesnt roll.

40 lb dumbells
300 lbs of barbell set

So many workouts i can do now.

Food today.

-chicken cutlet, mozz cheese, bacon, on garlic bread hero, 12 inch.
-60 gram protein shake
-chicken salad sandwhich on bread
-filet mignon and fries

Then will mumch during the night, most likely a protein shake and italian iceys.

Holy shit, restless leg syndrome is really bad at the moment, starting a protocol to help.

Magnesium Glycinate
Melatonin
Vit C
Water
Probiotics

no caffeine after 1 pm
Don’t workout close to bed time
Cardio/walking more

will see if this works. All the medication for restless leg are so bad for you. So not going to take that. Worst come to worst maybe CBD. But will wait 3-4 weeks to see if this works first.
 
Dropping the tren today. Going to stay on same dose test. To much going on for tren. So it was a good 3 weeks.


Going to make a anadrol solution with just oil and anadrol. Oral solution.Starting anadrol in a couple days. at 30 mg a day to start.shaking it before my dose.

going to run 420 mg week test, and NPP at 350. Npp will start next week.

I am enjoying my tren run. I have to see what to do if i continue or not. I dont want to stop, but might need to. It may be Irritating my rest less leg really bad. Tonight i will find out. Depending how i sleep

A little puff of hash has really helped with my restless legs.
Especially after walking 20km on site... my legs were fucking twitching lol

I am trying alot, my medical card expired, so cant grab any.

is what i am going to try.

will try exercise at night next time. If this doesnt work. To kill legs before bed so they are too tired to move.

All solid options
I find Magnesium Glycinate is my favorite for before bed, seems to hit harder and help me sleep better.
Hopefully the CBD makes a solid sifference

i had RLS for 2-3 years after getting clean. The last time it happened i stuffed a flat pillow under my stomach/hips (stomach sleeper here) and there was damn near instant relief.

i began to think it had less to do with my brain rewiring itself and more to do with lingering fallout from a lower back injury 20 years prior.

Can't hurt to try. Oddly enough, it hasn't bothered me once since then. *Knock on wood*
