upping the carbs big time moving foward, pasta and rice. With every meal.

focusing in exploding up and slow on the way down.


Somehow i am getting more defined and gained weight at the same time. My chest definition is great and my abs.
I dont even want abs.
 
Starring to lose appetite a little. So starting to do smoothies and chugging them. When i start to feel like this i get 2 smoothies a day in. 1 Am and 1 Pm.
so at least i know i get a solid amount of my macros. So 2 more meals and i am good.

usually this means i got 2-3 weeks of doing this until i am just sick of it. Will see what happens. Will probably get off tren and anadrol then and run NPP. When i cant stomach the amount of food needed to keep going.
 
That said i am growing very nicely. I need a day off tomorrow though. My body is telling me so. Achy and hurting all over.

Did back and shoulders today,

But now my primo is kicking in and I'm eating like a fucking monster.

Tren+Primo has got me feeling like an absolute rockstar right now
Hunger is on point and I just hit 238 lbs (Started at 225)

I even find myself waking up at night and crushing a protein shake/some carbs and 2 bottles of water before hitting the hay again

Mast P, NPP, Anadrol, Dbol, Winny, Test C. Idk if any of these would increase appetite and i dont want to add NPP until i drop tren.

I know Adrol bombs my hunger as well, its why I stay away from it for the most part

But if you can force food down, the results are great. Will see how long i can force my food. Other then the lack of hunger, i feel amazing. Libido good, energy good, a little aggresion. But feeling good.

still on tren A 300 and test 450 and adrol 60 mg PWO.

Going to have to stop tren soon. I am getting a little to irritated for my liking and i start some projects soon. I need to keep cool. But want to keep going cause its working amazing. Lol.

i am exactly 5 weeks in. I will go for 1 more week. Then drop tren, and add NPP at 400 mg.
 
Dammit i think my mind is telling me to stop tren. Some things that seem simple are just getting over thought. Its definitely the tren. Getting tired of feeling like this. Cause its constant everyday. So ceaseing tomorrow.

ill drop it tomorrow, and use it again for 5 weeks down the road. It was a good run.

Going to continue Test C at 480 mg a week which is .3 mL ed of 200 mg/mL
Doing NPP at 420 Mg a week which is .6 mL ed of 100 mg/mL
Still will do 50 mg anadrol.

going to track my diet to make sure i am on point and maximizing my bodies performance, since i am putting so much work into this. Dont want to short change myself.

Actually i had to do them with my barbell plates, as that is all I have. They are ok. I definitly feel it in the upper and lower chest depending how you do them.
Bet your shoulders and traps get some action also. I remember an excercise called a barbell shiver? Something like that. You take the barbell and press like the flat, incline and decline but while standing. Good exercise for the end of a push workout.

Yes definitly some shoulder activation. Its good at the end like you said when you already hit the major pressing exercises.
 
Today was an active rest day. I went for a 2 hour bike ride, in the AM

I did my Yoga,

Then I ran for 1 hour, in the PM


I did not eat nearly enough though. Which is ok, since this was just for today.

but wont happen again.
 
So today 8/31

I stopped tren and have been doing NPP.

my npp is at 125. So doing 440 mg a week at .5 mL.

Also one more day of anadrol makes it 2 weeks. Going to change to winstrol at 50 a day. This is because i need more energy and I need to eat more.

i feel a little lethargic from the anadrol, and a lack of hunger.

maybe will go back to anadrol in 2 weeks, depending how the winstrol treat me.

so now my cycle is

420 mg Test C
440 mg Npp
50 mg winny ed taken 30 min prewo
