244 lbs and leanest i have ever been

Happy with the 405 deadlift raw no anything,

And got a couple reps, i did not go higher but i did a second set,

My grip would not hold up
I'm getting old. I have a set of wrist hooks for heavy back training days. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to lift heavy enough. My hands can't handle it anymore. Thank God if doesn't effect the size of my forearms.

245 lbs after workout

Heaviest i have been yet i am 1/4 of the fat i was. Meaning my bf, is not as much as last time this high.

Also that was heaviest i tried post injury

So last Sunday you were 230 lbs. And five days later, 244?
I weighed in at 244 lbs, if thats what i put down last week yes, i believe i took a decent amount of water out of my body by crashing e2 a bit, when i took that scale reading.

My e2 is good now.

Not sure why i was 230 just last sunday… only thing i can think of is i had taken a decent amount of adex and dont think i ate.
 
took .5 mg Adex last night, so this weight is pretty much my non bloated correct weight.

Which means i will be increasing cals….

I usually let my estrogen raise high until i need AI but going to take a consistant 1/4 adex 2-3x a week.

I am not switching to Deca as i am done pinning ED for a bit….

Will switch to MWF or something…

But i have half a vial deca i will need to brew more.

So i think i will just be running test and deca for a bit….

But i am going to see what stuff i have when i have time to look…

I have DHB but i dont want to pin ED for a couple week. Take a break.

I do have an oral…

But going to do a high deca test probably.
