To be fair…i upped cas and water ran high…

I am coming off an injury, and was 250 prior, so the increase in cals and things of that nature, coming off of crashed e2 also… its ok.
 
I weigh 240-245 lbs today, and that is solid, i did gain a little fat, and i have to dial back some exercises because its alot on my injury, dam scale at gym has these in between marking, but i figured it out.

I am done with tren and just going to be on test and deca….

I am most likely 15-16 bf, but i have more ab definition then ever.

ALOT is carb loading as i was not eating enough and the tren was burning that off quick, and water weight of course.

I will post progress pics tomorrow. I am also this week going to be doing all high rep ranges. I was doing some solid weight, but like i said, i going to focus on a pump week, i am so tired all the time and fatigued.
 
Also did 30 minutes yoga today, going to be doing yoga everyday moving forward, and 10 minutes deep breathing after.

So the dam beaker had a marking that i read once right and again upside down, the 40 and 60 mark or intertwined its dumb. On the beaker depending if filling or emptying


So i was wondering why my test Cyp was so short. And that is why.

So if somehow it does miraculously hold. Because the BB volume was for 60 mL and the BA was too. I am just going to mix a small amount in pin with deca, or i will make a sterile oil vial and mix in syringe. We shall see if it hold by tomorrow.
