Tired all the time.

For starters, how old are you and what's your daily work shift pattern?

Physical and mental stress can have a massive effect on the body/mind without you even knowing that's the cause of the problems.

Before drugs, I always suggest small lifestyle changes but I'm not a medical expert or health professional so I speak from personal experience only and just to try and help.

What's everyone's go to pick me up during the day? Every day I feel like I could sleep another 8 hours no matter how good I sleep or how my diet is I feel the same.

All I ever want to do on my days off work is sleep and have a chilled day.

Haven't been on a cycle for around 4 years now and have had my bloods done recently and my e2 is below normal.
My test and free test are just above the bottom end range, would the way I feel have anything to do with this?

I've felt like this for a long time now and it's now affecting my everyday life and now living on caffeine to make it through a normal day.
I was just about to ask exact same questions. I feel tired and sleepy all the time. Recovery is shit and I get injuries easily.
Haven't done a cycle in a long time. I'm thinking of just getting on a cycle to see if that solves the problem.

I work long hours but only 4 days a week so get alot of time off from work, it might just be a mix of broken sleep/long hours/low e2 but it is damn annoying!

I was considering a cycle soon (first one in 4 years) and I know that will fix my test/e2 but I don't want to just mask my problems. I will look into getting my thyroid checked as I will have to get this privately, doctors in the UK are useless!

It's a good plan and I'm sure that's the way it should be done. The main thing is to find good doctors.

How do these tests look? Too many tests? Trying to cover every basis as possible and these will be done privately as doctors won't do any tests, They said its perfectly normal.

Will also use these results as my pre cycle bloods too.

Then what? You'll be back to where you started when you come off. Figure out the underlying cause first.
Completely agree! I'm holding off getting back on a cycle and getting some blood work done as you can see in previous message.

Just trying to figure out what bloods to get done as I stated I have to get done privately.

The testing services in the UK usually offer about 3 different packages from what I recall so it depends on how much money you want to spend and how simple you want the process to be.

The finger prick test at home is the cheapest and easiest and it covers all the basics but if you want a more comprehensive health test and you don't mind going to your doc or other service and having a blood sample taken (IV) then those packages are obviously the best for you.

Check prices and choose the level of service you want.

An excellent plan, first all the tests and find out the state of health, and only then further.

For information, how much does analysis cost in the UK, is it much more expensive than ours?

There's a variety of tests ranging from just getting a testosterone level reading for £30 or a comprehensive hormone reading for £200 or you can pick and choose various other tests at £80 each.
Then there's the cost of visiting a clinic for the blood sample or getting a home visit from a nurse. The total cost depends on what health issues you want results for but you could easily spend £500-£1000 for a full health screening.

For bodybuilders and steroid users the average is probably about £100-£200 for hormone levels and liver/kidney function.

Thanks, now I understand the cost. Yes, as I wrote above, it is very expensive and costly. But it is worth it, although it is a pity for the money.

Does the UK not provide healthcare for it’s permanent residents/citizens? Or are you talking private labs?

Private.
You could probably get these tests done with a GP but you would have to be honest about your lifestyle/drug use for the GP to think you need the tests you're asking for and all that info would then stay on your medical record.

There are no GPs in UK that I know of who will monitor a steroid user and do regular bloods so that the person can keep taking underground steroids purchased on the internet. In most cases I suspect the GP would remove you from that practice and tell you to find a new GP if you didn't stop steroids and you kept asking for blood tests.

It's bad that there are no such doctors, but how do the guys from the UK control their tests?
