Tiromel- T3- HPLC- Jano

Ya that stuff is cheap. I think the Turkish fake problem is more with gh than anything. Maybe rimobolan. But I have seen fake proviron that’s also 4 $ a box so who knows.
Yeah deff the GH. I just sent a Genotropin pen to Jano.

Now that should be interesting. I did some blind testing with him before covid on human grade test amps. Couple different omnadrens from different sources/ countries, sust 250 aspen, and Zphc test e. All came back looking great. Now I know why omnadren has the reputation it does for being so strong. 3 separate amps from different countries and packaging all came back 275 mg per ml and an amp has about 1.2 inside. Aspen came back 263 and overfilled. Zphc came in at 244

Yeah I think RFS sent a aspen in and it was around that range. There’s so much bullshit going around with Genotropin it’s insane. A guy said it was fake because it had Vetter Pharma instead of Belgium. Meanwhile it’s made in both. Most of the time it’s not really a counterfeit, they just put the 5.3ng cartridge in the 12mg pens. Either way like you said, the results will be interesting. This one was purchased straight from a pharmacy.

Better than expected tbh. I'm very sensitive to thyroid medication and a couple of months ago I went up to 150Mcg without any change in my body temperature or heart rate. Decided to reduce Tiromel to 25Mcg and add 50Mcg Balkan (total 75Mcg). Heart rate went up as well as body temperature. I was told that despite the product being legit, the moving and handling of the drug by the dealers with temperature going up and down can decrease the effectiveness of the T3. Not sure if it's true.

Thread was old tho… possible while it was ‘tiromel’ on box that it came from a sketchy source?
It was a legit product. Jano mentioned he tested a family members T3 and it was a bit underdosed as well. The best thing to do is test maybe 3-5 tabs and check the variance. One could be 16mcg and another could me 34mcg. I believe Liska mentioned doing this. I was unaware Jano provided this when I sent the lab or else I would’ve done it. I think it’s an extra $20-30 per pill or something.

Its not normal. However Jano tested another pharma grade brand and the results were close to this number.
I know the t4 from bg has to be doubled compared to usa pharma from Walmart. Pulled labs twice. Got it dialed in taking a double dose.

So my 25mcg Tiromel likely has half that dose?
If you reread Janoshik's post, he mentioned that only some tablets were significantly underdosed, so it's a production issue leading to significant variance within a batch. Testing multiple tablets from the same batch in hopes of catching samples on both ends of the dosage spectrum will give you a better idea of what you're working with.

I'm not sure whether a vendor would be willing (or business smart) to do this considering turkish Tiromel is a cash cow by virtue of being 'pharma' and (blindly) trusted to be produced in accordance to content uniformity at +-15% deviation from label.

Having checked the pharma database for which Liothyronine products are still available nowadays, there's less than a handful of products realistically obtainable/affordable without a prescription now, so similar to the gradual disappearance of lyophilized HCG vials from the market, keeping tabs on the quality of what still remains seems like a worthwhile project for the community to collaborate on.

How are HCG vials now??

Mostly no longer available/affordable except for Choriomon in BG right now but that as well is becoming much more difficult/expensive to obtain I've been told by bulgarian pharma vendors. Never seen it labtested in all these years, so we have no reference should this ever become a popular counterfeit product.

The 6500iu Ovitrelle syringes from Turkey seem the best deal in terms of quality/quantity/pricing but I have no idea about their rate of degradation when used for multiple injections across several weeks. Hopefully we can avoid shipping syringes around the world one way or another.

Yikes. Bumping thread as I started Tiromel that I got from BG

Anyone use Tiromel?
I use Tiromel, from BG and I've used other sources also. I don't "feel" Tiromel at all, but I think it works. Not "feeling" T3 seems to be a common debate. Here, perhaps me not "feeling" Tiromel could mean it is underdosed or even fake, but not everyone feels T3. I know that people love the Mexican T3, which is a brand named Cytomel, and they claim it raises their heart rate and acts like a stimulant, and so without testing it, you'd make the assumption that it's real or what T3 "should" feel like. I've never tried it though.

Tiromel has less excipients and is a cleaner product than Cytomel, so the difference in feeling may be due to the different excipients.

There's such a wide range of individual feelings when taking T3. I am one of those people that doesn't feel T3, but I am pretty certain it is working.
