Alright guys, clearly that post was taken the wrong way by some and I apologize if it was. However, I still stand by my statement that customers will receive our first attention and that was the ONLY point of that post.
There have been a few on here, not even having purchased from us, that continually bash the thread with no real reason. If you have given us your money and your trust, I understand being a little worried about a new source. But most of the people posting negative comments haven't even invested anything. That was my point.
I belive we have provided good customer service so far, answered questions quickly and efficiently, and we have complied with the CoC as it stands.
As far as Astro, I wasn't bashing at all. I was a customer of Astro at one point and feel I can state an experience. It was an honest and truthful account of my experience and if you guys really need to I can probably go dig up the emails. Hell I still have half a vial of the cloudy tren I can take a picture of.
Point being, we are here for our customers service, not to get sidetracked on points that dont matter much in relation to those who have invested in us. Feel free to bash everything we do once some people get their orders (if they are not satisifed), but let us at least have the opportunity for people to review our products.
Also, me and my partner are both available to answer questions needed on our thread. I don't think that is too unusual to answer one of the questions above.

This attitude is disturbing. You can expect us non- ordering customers to be around here the first 4-6 weeks it is in your best interest to survive these initial weeks look at the lab you bashed/reviewed he went through the same shit. You should expect nothing different. If it was me I would let my product do the talking and not my mouth but we aren't going away this is all part if it.
Yea cutting down Astro was a low-blow , especially for a new untested lab . Astro is still here for a reason......he delivered what the other labs couldnt or wouldnt and didn't "peak-out".
You amateur UGL"s get a little ahead and you don't put money back into the "shop" and you blow it on bitches & Corvettes & Harleys and then start cutting the product ....just like the other drug businesses , I've been around them all my life . Exactly! All you have to do is put in the tracking number on the USPS website, or check the postage sticker.
