I know that’s right. Recently, a business owner contacted me accusing me of trying to set him up because I was giving people his number that called me that I couldn’t get to. Finishing my coffee now. I'm a ground beef and eggs guy. About to throw them on. All in the same pan. Sometimes ketchup, more often hot sauce. My standard for decades now.
Week 1 of blast wrapped: Goal is recomp and rebuild some strength so I've cut carbs down heavily but not keto extreme shit. Was able to ramp tren to target 350mg a week (well first dose at 100mg anyway) without any sides this time but one never knows with that drug so I like to take it slow. Running Var at 50mg daily (deca/test at modest in there too).
Diet has been on point. Had to re-carb a bit the other night but didn't overdo it - feel A LOT better for it too. Need to focus on high protein as I don't want to leave anything on the table. Not drinking a lot but some events last week like friend's pre-deployment party/dinner but most of that is done (monster steak at least). Will be putting in some fasted cardio next week too.
Nagging injuries are making some progress as I train around them. Strength is starting to kick in from the tren/var and fat is definitely on it's way down. All in all, I think I'll be ahead of plan if I continue to execute at this level.

Haha. The last few pages I actually read. I'm alright man. In the gym right now doing legs. Again. But my range of motion is comfortable enough to reach up so I can grab the bar to do squats. I'm not gonna try RDLs but laying leg curls are comfortable. So getting better for sure man.
