My issue is, I can get all the way down to what I consider the baby fat. I’m 6-2 and I’m a 34 jeans, no abs

Assuming I’m still 18-22%. I just can’t seem to do anything from that point on. Maybe I don’t have an muscles lol.

After this bulk, I do believe Mac will be making me up a diet plan. The about of knowledge I would have to pick up for a proper diet, will take me over 100$ worth of research
Here when you’re ready. We’ll get that shit off for ya.

Nearing the end of my cut and decided to bump my tren up at 100mg/day to see what 700mg/wk can do. Still no bad sides from it, because I’m a lucky asshole who rarely gets sides from gear. I must’ve been engineered by Odin to be a juiced machine.

Not that i don't know you love fucking with me...but i will share something with the class.

I label everything by hand. I'm not too cheap to buy a labeler. I am sure they make them but require long rolls of labels to be used to do many at once.

I label by hand to visually inspect every vial at the time it is ordered before packing as a final step to ensure anything hasn't changed since it's time in the bin.

Of course by hand means different placement and never perfectly straight...and sometimes very crooked. But there is a a reason for skipping a machine on that step. So much easier to inspect without labels.
I'll take mine extra crooked, even upside down. As long as what is in them stays

Don't worry, I have one to be here very soon. I got you ;)

Looks, like I missed when and where we were going to have a BBQ, but @HIGHRISK said he was putting it on. Should I book a plane ticket now? My ole lady would really be happy about another boys trip after Cancun :eek::D

Saw some country music talk also. Hank III, Cody Jinks, Sturgil Simpson, Jamey Johnson(the best) The Band Of Heathens( Hurricane is awesome song) I listen to a ton of music..but these are a few of the current country guys I like.

Really interested in boxing, BBQ, guns, girls and booze. So let me know when the time is right
Good choice of artist. BBQ offer still stands. Now trying to get everyone in one single location while not ending up in jail together. That might be a challenge

Agree to an extent. Most under eat 100%

But when you are on cycle for 12 weeks or longer the myostatin is 100% this cannot be disputed as that’s myostatin job to bring balance and not allow for uncontrolled growth.

The body uses myostatin because it’s dna knows if the muscle growth is too rapid other damages happen to ligaments, tendons etc. which is well documented anidoctially with all the injuries from people’s fast increase in strength and muscle size while using steroids. The user tends to forget ligaments, tendons etc do not grow as rapidly. And although you can go from pushing 50lbs to 100lbs you should not do that in a rapid form.

This is a big reason you constantly hear people say they see better gains on a short 8 weeks cycle the myostatin has not “evolved” or progressed in its upward curve fast enough in that time frame.

Now, we go longer than 8 weeks upping the dosage or adding beats that curve. And by upping I’m not talking about adding 3,4,500 mg more im talking 100-200mg more. ( if we are talking upping test. Other compounds vary)

At what point does Myostatin reset?

Haven't done mega self research here but if I recall correctly doesn't myostatin, holding dosage constant, return to baseline too? From very iffy memory I recall it's 16 weeks or something?

So at around the 8 - 9 week marker the curve starts myostatin. Does myostatin have a peak? I believe so but how does it get to that? By slowing down the growth enough it feels “satisfied”

So let’s say at week 16 the myostatin start to go in an opposite curve back down. The myostatin doesn’t go from peak to 0 in one day to allow explosive growth again. ( this would be dangerous to both muscles and health) It’s starts a curve downward. Let’s say this curve takes half the time to get baseline that would be week 24. That myostatin ain’t gonna stay there long either and I would suspect the curve on the second upward movement would be drastically increased to slow the muscle growth. I have not seen any studies on the second curve but doesn’t mean it’s not out in the world of the internet.

I feel the word reset that I see on other forums and even the inter web is misleading because when we think reset. We think instantaneously... like when we reset our phones. Our bodies do not work in that fashion.. unless you have a medical issue such as diabetes etc

Going to use this rationale for some experiments with rapid short ester cycles this next offseason. Excited to try it.
