So at around the 8 - 9 week marker the curve starts myostatin. Does myostatin have a peak? I believe so but how does it get to that? By slowing down the growth enough it feels “satisfied”

So let’s say at week 16 the myostatin start to go in an opposite curve back down. The myostatin doesn’t go from peak to 0 in one day to allow explosive growth again. ( this would be dangerous to both muscles and health) It’s starts a curve downward. Let’s say this curve takes half the time to get baseline that would be week 24. That myostatin ain’t gonna stay there long either and I would suspect the curve on the second upward movement would be drastically increased to slow the muscle growth. I have not seen any studies on the second curve but doesn’t mean it’s not out in the world of the internet.

I feel the word reset that I see on other forums and even the inter web is misleading because when we think reset. We think instantaneously... like when we reset our phones. Our bodies do not work in that fashion.. unless you have a medical issue such as diabetes etc

@Brawny

Appreciate it. This makes sense. From a lot of the "requotes" and "paraphrasing" I've seen, it gave the impression of a return to baseline somewhere at the 16 week mark as opposed to a gradual decline and potential resurge.

At the end of the day I'd love to see a real controlled experiment (impossible here or in ex phys) that compares 60 weeks at something like 2 grams of test/similar running 8 weeks on and 8 weeks at 200mg cruise to reset (or whatever is considered optimal reset) before back to 2 grams vs. all 60 weeks at 2 grams straight. Regardless of myostatin I'm betting 60 weeks straight outperforms by a margin (average weekly dose being far higher)...question is how big and is it big enough to compensate for potential more risky health approach.

Realize I don't run my stuff crazy like this nor am I suggesting others to. I just want to know the answer. LOL

The last few days have been incredible. Swelling is almost non existent. Feels good. I would highly recommend anyone with a torn muscle and or tendon to run the BPC 157 and TB. I think it's kicking in full swing now.

I saw in the article that they’re volatile. Do you store them in the fridge and how do you mix them with bac water without damaging them?

Yeah apparently they are very fragile compounds. I have the vials that are going to be used later (longer than 4 weeks) in the freezer unconstituded. The ones that are reconstituted are in the fridge and I only reconstitute as needed. For example one vial of BPC is 5mg (5000mcg) and I only reconstitute that vial until it's gone. And the TB500 is 5mg vials and use 2.5 twice a week. So every week I reconstitute one.

When I reconstitute I jab the stopper at a sharp angle so the bac water hits the side of the vial and trickles down and never actually hits directly on the compound. The I gently turn it over a few times and slowly roll it between my hands until powder is dissolved. And when I draw I go slow as well.

You’ve convinced me to just go for it. I’m sick of this damn groin giving me issues and catching. Injured it playing basketball and sprints have been out since then.

Probably going to try that and physical therapy.
