I actually have a gym at home but I don’t have no fancy treadmills and I also don’t have no hydromassager either.
And one thing planet fitness does have, and that’s hot chicks! Now I get my shit done and don’t pay much attention, but it’s deff easier to work out looking at her ass, than at yours!
I’m doing a progressive overload every day that I go there. I’ve been moving up the time but 60 mins all it goes.
So I start moving up the speed .1 till I get close to failure.
Then I mix in sprints, with it.

I get getting going to a gym, 'specially if you're in a populous urban area where the selection is good. Not around here. I saw more land manatees finger fucking their phone instead of doing anything productive, I almost felt bad for them. This is the worst time of year for them, too. Seems like they all come out of hibernation and think their spandex shit fits like it did last summer.
