Me personally? Not much lol. If you’re in actual TRT work with your doctor. I think to maximize blast results the bigger the delta the better. Upper end of normal would be my goal for a cruise.

385x5 was my top set of squats to start this power block. Sounded heavy, felt no energy going to the gym and had to hit the corporate box gym on top of all that. Moved fast and easy, I guess that banded and chained ground work we’ve been doing has worked. Running 5/3/1.
