Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

Well let me rephrase it, because I agree every has the right to defend themselves .

I meant repeat customers. Guy shoots up a Walmart , serves his time. Should he be legally allows to purchase another firearm?
Hopefully a concerned citizen will clear leather and drop the mofo while he’s shooting up said retailer. Problem solved.

I think the biggest thing to take from the vertical diet is finding foods that agree with you. If you’re eating big it gets expensive as FUCK. I tried it and enjoyed it, but it didn’t all jive completely. It’s definitely worth a look based on the concepts, maybe not 100% executed his way.

Ya, I altered it to me, but he encourages that.

Thanks Mac. I just read a thorough review of the diet plan he proposes. Its here if anyone is interested in reading up on it.

Vertical Diet - Overview of Stan Efferding's Eating Lifestyle

I would not be able to eat that much steak! Now that would certainly be very expensive! I eat red meat maybe once a week at the moment. Other sources are chicken, tuna, and salmon. And damned if I'll give up my broccoli!

Some good info in there anyhow. Like avoiding FODMAP foods and high gas foods.

I eat steak every single night. Best shit on earth. I really hate chicken, although I eat it once a day in a burrito.

I buy strips on sale, it really isn't anymore expensive than any other meat. Real tuna is fucking outrageous and I sure as hell ain't eating that shit in a can.

Join Costco. By far the best prices on good cuts. Some Costcos have the full cuts (roast size) so you save more money and you can cut your own thickness of steak. Last summer I was eating 3.5 lbs of red meat each day. One meal. Instead of “intermittent fasting” it was “intermittent feasting” from Dr Shawn Baker carnivore diet.

DHB Pip Report 24hr

1.2mL DHB + .3mL Test E - left quad 25g.
I can’t tell that I’ve pinned anything at all. Injection felt great and still feels good

1.2mL DHB left glute - 23g
This one burned yesterday evening and this morning when I woke up. Pain was maybe a 3/10. But it feels totally fine now and just slight soreness where I injected. 1/10 on the pain scale
