My legs cramp a lot. Like I run some bases.... Then if I sit down after without stretching, my hammy especially will start to cramp. It locks and releases a few times, not like a full on cramp, well sometimes, but more like a tighten, loosen tighten loosen, every second or so

I upped my salt intake big time yesterday, been slacking on this. I use pink Himalayan salt and my muscles are much looser today. 5 pound tubs of this are 6.88 at cosco.
 
So any suggestions on protein powder that is extremely low in fat and carbs.
Vanilla flavoring.
I use only 1 scoop in my 1 cup of oats in the morning. I use it to flavor my oats.
The rest of my macros come from healthy food choices.

I used to buy the Optimum Nutrition (ON) protein powder at Costco because they’d have it for half off but I either got sick of the flavor or the shit went bad.

A while back (probably 500 pages) this came up. At the time they were suggesting Dymatize Elite Whey. So I started buying that (this was before @T-baggers fucking Mag spray or @Mac11wildcat orange triad). It’s got 25 G protein 2 g fat and 4 g of carbs (mixed with water).

Swear to fuck Titter could open a legit supplement store as a side business just using the good info dudes advise in this thread.
 
Glad someone understands it. I love my real job, but the fulfillment of helping someone is different. So if I can find the time...why not.

This x100. I’d never want to be a personal trainer but I love sharing knowledge and helping people who genuinely want to improve their lives through working out. It’s rewarding to do it for nothing but appreciation in return.

Luckily they don’t do shit until you verify your email. I’ve done this to buddies a couple times lol. It isn’t horrible. He’s making threats though. We’ll see how that goes for him.

Any specific amount you aim for? Didnt know salt intake made a difference. Thought it was to be avoided when on cycle to limit water retention? Or is that a myth as you lose sodium through sweat when working out?
