Primo Pip update. I did 1ml in my quad 14hrs ago and was perfect injection this time, went in really smooth and easy. Still got some pretty good pip like someone kicked me right there. But still have full range of motion unlike the other quad where I did 2ml. Gonna hit glutes next

No proof yet but it tested at 203mg.

3 days post Exxon Valdez pin in right quad and it’s pink, hard, and fairly painful. Sure sign my body didn’t like that. NOT an infection, nobody overreact. But clear the blend won’t keep me to one pin site due to the total mg just being too high.

24 hrs post individual pins of 1ml primo and 1ml tren/mast in different sites have slight PIP but nothing close to inhibitive; really only feel it with pressure or a hard contraction.

See above on primo oil result.

I also usually have slight pip the first time I pin a new compound. Although TGI’s Primo was scary smooth

Again, 203mg on primo oil.

Negative. @MaskedLiberty and i discussed this. I was incorrect and he was correct. Measure at the flat shoulder, not the hill/bump.

I use only 1 scoop in my 1 cup of oats in the morning. I use it to flavor my oats.
The rest of my macros come from healthy food choices.

Don’t sweat a few grams of each here. Under 5 is fine. Most isolates should meet that.

At the same time I don’t expect members to see a picture of me and assume I know how to teach, or even possess the knowledge to get there. Plenty of professionals who don’t know shit.

But the number of people who’ve put my advice to work and had a positive impact seen should be plenty of evidence to let me do this thing for Meso.
