Pink himilayan sea salt.
And eat foods with less salt.

Read this somewhere. Fill a glass jar with water, and dump a shit ton of pink salt in it. Enough to where no more salt will dissolve.

Supposed to drink a tablespoon a day and it’s supposed to have full daily mineral content.

Not sure if it’s true or not, so take with a grain of salt (see what I did there)

Fixed that for you.

Except electorials can be bought out. It’s a great system is everyone isn’t corrupt.

Popular vote only works if everyone votes
The popular vote is dictating what socialist city folk want. Democracy is dogshit, it’s two wolves deciding what sheep to eat.
The founding father set the electoral college up the way they did because they knew democracy was MOB rule. Nobody in California or New York should decide how the country should be run.
This last Presidential election is exactly why the electoral college is the only option, without it New York and California liberals would rule everything.
FUCKSAKE

I also agree with that. Which is why I don’t vote.

Which is also why I don’t complain about presidents

I used to buy the Optimum Nutrition (ON) protein powder at Costco because they’d have it for half off but I either got sick of the flavor or the shit went bad.

A while back (probably 500 pages) this came up. At the time they were suggesting Dymatize Elite Whey. So I started buying that (this was before @T-baggers fucking Mag spray or @Mac11wildcat orange triad). It’s got 25 G protein 2 g fat and 4 g of carbs (mixed with water).

Swear to fuck Titter could open a legit supplement store as a side business just using the good info dudes advise in this thread.
Any specific amount you aim for? Didnt know salt intake made a difference. Thought it was to be avoided when on cycle to limit water retention? Or is that a myth as you lose sodium through sweat when working out?

Initially you will see water retention, this will leave after a few days of consistency. I am for 10-14 grams, when I did this consistently my blood work had never looked better. I also felt a lot better. This is a big part of Stan Efferding's vertical diet.

When training hard and often salt is over looked. We also consume a ton of water and guess what? electrolytes follow water. So the more you drink the more you need. I think basic minerals are far overlooked.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll pick some up and look into the vertical diet.

I think the biggest thing to take from the vertical diet is finding foods that agree with you. If you’re eating big it gets expensive as FUCK. I tried it and enjoyed it, but it didn’t all jive completely. It’s definitely worth a look based on the concepts, maybe not 100% executed his way.
