I have had 4 OD batches and 1 VERY EARLY issues of cross contamination. I flush filters 50ml plus and have a separate dispensing pump for every compound. That's a fuck ton of pumps...like 16 i think. I went private and still catching shit (whatever). People are going to buy from the lowest bidder period. Especially when i say 750 or kick rocks. People honestly don't care about testing the way vets do. Or fill levels. Just give them fast and cheap and they are happy.

Oh and Happy Monday my favorite fuck sticks!It's my 3rd week of 5/3/1 so that means it's heavyish squat today for 1+ at the end! Excited, then I'll add 10 pounds and continue through another 3 week block before a deload week.

Hoping my totals are; pull 545-600, squat 525-550 and bench will be what it is, shoulder is moving along but I don't foresee anything better than 335.
