So it’s been a week since I stopped the blast and dropped down to sust and mast.
I feel so much better. My appetite is 3x what it was and my energy level is up.
I’m back to getting morning wood.
My emotions are not so bi-polar either.
I also put on more weight this week than any of my blast weeks. But my pre-made meals prob have a lot to do with that.
Relationship seems to have turned a corner to being less stressful.
My blood pressure has dropped and I don’t feel that hypertension anxiety anymore.

My thoughts are I jumped from cruise to blast to fast and then jumped my doses a little to high. I think the over use of gear caused me high blood pressure and that caused me hypertension which killed my energy level. That caused a host of other problems.
If I blast again I think I’m gonna just stick to test and mast.
Keep it simple
And Use less is more psychology.

Thought I would update every one.

So if your blood pressure is high from the EQ, they usually won’t let you donate. How do you go about that? Or is the secret to Donate before it gets to high

My blood pressure was 140/89 and they still allowed me to donate. Depends on the host that checks you in?

Its come down since.
 
I didn’t donate on my last blast but I will on my next one. At one point it hit 168/90ish I believe. I ended up getting it down with supplements

I think next time I’ll donate 6 weeks into the cycle

Does your BP go up no matter what you run? Or is it specific compounds that do that to you?

Not to sure. To be honest. My first two cycles I had 0 issue.

Switched to tits gear and about my 4-6th week of tren , my head was going to explode lol. Was only running 300test /400 tren

Edit. Looking back, it’s got to either be test or tren or anavar. Every cycle has always had those 3 in it since I’ve been using tits gear lol. If I had to put money on it, it’s the tren

Wow, wouldn't expect it to be so easily affected at that low of a dose. Quality stuff I suppose makes the difference?

I'm keeping an eye on mine and running all the supplements that have been discussed here on this thread.
