Guess I'm a weirdo . My delts can take 3cc at a time like a champ. Are my favorite sites by far. Glutes are a close second but have to get the old lady to do them as I cant reach that far.
 
You know what is sad? I wonder the same thing as i follow your training log and mac's log as well when i can. I wonder if me liking a post would be used as an attack but at the same time i love showing support for those who take this shit to a level above others, including my own. Regardless, i appreciate this board for it's members and their positive forward progress.

This isn't fucking junior high. If someone is in junior high, they shouldn't be here. If someone is older and still has a junior high maturity level...no one can help them. Eventually they grow or Darwin kills them off or keeps their subpar ass from reproducing. Win win.

Support what you want. Hell, if someone doesn't like supporting a high quality member and individual on this site it's their problem and see above. World is better without that type anyway and they have more than enough of their own problems before considering anyone else's.

Summarizing again. Fuck that, we never played follow the loser as kids for a reason.
 
Are they specific pins or just the large gauge make them a draw pin? I use a 25g because I'm always worried about eating up the stopper
Same. It’s fine to draw with 22-23g tho. That’s what I do. Draw with 22-23g and pin with 25g. 18g pins a lot of these dudes use to draw will straight up take a chunk right out of the stopper, and leave a visible hole. Or leave a chunk of stopper in your syringe, ruining a good shot of gear.
 
Well I’m pretty sure I messed up the test injection cause it really hurts. I did make a seperare injection for the mig840 in my usual spot and no instant pip, we will see how it holds up.

I have noticed that the glute I usually pin bleeds after almost every pin now regardless if I’m injecting 2ml or .5ml. An alcohol swab and some quick pressure is all it takes to stop but it’s weird. Am I over using the spot, injection technique getting sloppy?

I’ll pin one quad sometimes but it freaks me out to try the other one for some reason, the idea is delts still scares me and I can’t seem to find the VG no matter how many pictures and videos I watch. Doctors just shove needles in my delts with no issues all the time but doing them myself with an oil base seems weird.

How often are you hitting this site and with what kind of volume?

One thing I might add. I find that most of the charts for a VG injection show the site closer to the hip than it actually is. I don't know what your body fat is; but all I have to do is flex my glute and the VG pops right out of the upper outer region. It resembles a golf or tennis ball protruding from the upper outer portion of your glute "closer" to the hip. Mine is probably an inch and half to 2" closer to my hip than my dorso.

Some injections dribble, some rooster tail and some don't. As a matter of fact I got the cough the other night from pinning Sust and Primo. No tren. All depends on what you hit during the jab.

I couldn’t find mine till I learned the most ridiculously easy way to find it. Stand up straight. Arms down. Palms in touching just a few inches below the hip. Now rock side to side shifting your weight from one foot to the other. As the weight shifts from one leg to the other you will feel a bulge. Once you feel it use your finger tips to find center. Done. You can also see it as you rock as the muscles flex and relax.
 
For the ventro glutes or whatever just flex your ass cheek, and tilt your hip to the side. That hunk of muscle on your hip is your “ventro glute”. Most painless, and easy spot to pin IME.

Agree. I pin VG sitting down and same with regular glutes. Only issue with VG is I tend to get the cough more often...tren or otherwise even deca/test. Weird but not mega bad full tren cough. Haven't had that in forever. Just pita cough.
 
Question of Primo dose for maintaining muscle mass during a cruise
What would you guys recommend for Primo (of course from Titter) dose to maintain muscle mass you already have during a cruise with TRT test dose? 400mg/wk sufficient for maintaining muscle?
Since this is for cruise phase of 12-20 weeks, I want to give the body some break from high doses and multiple compounds. I have read and heard that one needs to run higher dose of 700-1000mg/wk when Primo is added to a cycle for making muscle gains. But gaining muscle mass during the upcoming cruise is not my goal but maintaining muscle mass is. I have read in this thread some fellas running 400mg/wk of primo during a cruise along with some test...

I’ve been running 400 mg/week of primo during my cruise.

I wrapped up a spring blast with Tren at the beginning of June so I wanted to take a little longer between blasts. I’m doing a 12-14 week cruise. Started with 150 mg/week of test (very low for me) and ended up bumping that to 200.

At 400 mg/week I’m seeing some minor effects from the primo. I’m sure if you want to run less than 300 mg/week would be fine to maintain.

I haven’t noticed any loss of strength, muscles are still full with separation. I’m happy with it so far. Feel good. It’s a nice way to spend the summer. I don’t think I would do it for a cruise any other part of the year.

Primo is really mild (less androgenic than EQ or Mast) so you’re still giving your androgen receptors a break. There’s a primo thread on MESO here where a guy was talking about alternating 20 week blasts of 500-750 Test and 600-800 Primo with 12-week cruises of 250 Test and 400 Primo. That sounds like a good end game/retirement to me.

I hopped on this train after speaking with @BigBaldBeardGuy about his experience thus far. While its too early to report on feels; I will comment on something that always seems to pop up. I changed over to 100% MCT for this cruise. I am running 250 Sust and 400 primo and experiencing zero pip. I am definitely sticking with MCT going forward. The unfortunate thing is, I have a ton of GSO compounds stored away.

Question - is this really just to maintain muscle mass (not necessarily peak look/conditioning) or are you trying more to maintain an enhanced look?

Most guys can maintain a good amount of muscle on a pure test cruise ~200mg week. This gives the body a nice break too. While lower than a full on blast 400mg of primo probably isn't necessary for most people if diet and training are in place.

If you are looking for a nice low dosage minimal negative impact cycle to hold conditioning and extra edge...primo at that dose makes sense and is how others are using it. Keep in mind blasting again from a higher cruise point will require a higher blast dosage all else held equal.

My opinion anyway. I have something similar planned for the next year or so BTW so not negative rhetoric but merely making sure your goal aligns.
