First pin tonight of titanium’s deca/ Test E/ with dbol kickstart. Very smooth oil. I’ll be sure to post my bloods around the 6 week mark.

What i find easiest for ventro glute is sit on edge of tub, find top of hip bone with thumb, with middle finger pointed straight down toward floor and slightly back toward your rear, that is ventro glute area.

When doing glutes, my wife will sometimes get resistance, like a lot, will have to pull needle, change tip, and move slightly to a new area. I believe that is due to scar tissue buildup

Delts, i rest my elbow and forearm on counter and find meaty part of side delt, stab with 25 gauge , 5/8'', and do 1 ml at a time. I use TB syringes, the smaller diameter barrel is easier to push in due to more pressure being applied. If trying to use a 3 ml syringe and only doing 1 ml, i find i have to press very hard.

I find i almost always bleed a lil too. What i find that really makes a difference is pinning after a shower. I damn near never bleed, and i believe this is due to skin being softer. What also helps is z track method . Basically pulling skin to one side while injecting.

Agreed. I’ve actually never pinned VG before, not sure why. Used Bigs advice and pinned right VG this am with 1CC Test P and went very smooth. Will be a go to site from now on[emoji1417][emoji1419][emoji1434]
 
No issue with the mig840 so far. Felt sore for a day like some one gave me a kick to the butt or sat on my wallet wrong but I had to think about it to notice.

I'm going to try and find the VG, I think I found it but it really feels like bone and not a muscle, yes I know my femur is in the middle of my leg not the outside but it still feels nothing like muscle. I'll probably take some pics and have yall confirm what I think it is, right now I'm either pinning .5ml or 1.3ml so it's not a lot to mess up on, but again, paranoid.

The VG is dense as hell when flexed. Not a lot in that area other than it, so a decent pic with where you think it is should be pretty easy to identify if you are right.
 
Do anyone else laugh at people on the legpress moving the sled 4"? Watched this woman with some thick legs and ass get down and loaded 4 plates doing 6 or so reps and I was like hell yea, get it. Next thing I know I looked over and she's got 6 or 7 plates on there, I'm thinking there's no way this chick is about to press 630lbs.

Her boyfriend or whoever is standing there videoing and sure enough she unracks the sled and drops down a few inches and pushes it back up and repeats for a few reps. Legs didn't even touch the stomach/ chest just bend the knees and back up. When I do it I'm dropping the sled and putting my legs into my chest before starting the press. It's like people just want to claim big numbers and think it's progress.

Well I pinned .6ml in that spot right there. A few inches below the underwear line and pretty far forward compared to pictures and videos I try to reference online.

Marked it with the needle cap then sat down for it. Aspirated and got nothing so I push it with no pain but it’s already sore and expected from a new muscle (if that’s what I actually hit) Guess we’ll see if I can walk tomorrow and hope I don’t get an abscess or something. 1” 25ga.
