I was the same way, I got half way through week 3 and obviously made me hypo. If I kept up on my sugars I didn't have the light headedness. But that shit will put some weight on the bar!!

Haha ya I was a little lethargic at first too!! It's a good compound for gains IMO. But can yield a lot of sides!!!

so it is a fairly common thing?Happens fairly frequently. One of the main reasons I prefer glutes and delts. Never had the issue in either of those.

I second Rep fitness. I have a pretty nice home gym by any standard. If I was outfitting today given any budget Rep would be a first stop. Hell, buddy has their new adjustable bench. This is a >$1000 bench all day long (better than the best from Rae Crowther and Rogue, blowing away standard commercial 9" soft pad garbage) and its sub 500. I don't even know how they make money. Their new racks are great too.
Craigslist is also a good call on used commercial but you need to know what you are buying and you are up against all the flippers out there too who constantly scour for mispriced gym equipment.
The Bodybuilding dot com Workout Equipment forum, very oddly, has some of the best home gyms and most knowledgeable people on the net. Good stickies and people can help you avoid buying junk and getting great pricing.
