Ya most of the time she just tells me to go home cause she is just resting. This morning though around 7 am she text me and said she was feeling lonely.

I absolutely hate hospitals and hardly go myself and someone has to have something seriously wrong before I’ll even go. That’s just me.
But...
If I were in your shoes and it was my woman I would be there as much as possible! If I did leave (and I would cause I’d go nuts lol) it wouldn’t be long. A couple hours tops unless of course you have to be at work.

I just feel like that extra support just by being there can help the process of recovery. When she wakes up from time to time and sees your face I believe it will give her a calming feeling to where she’ll rest better!!
I just believe it helps!

Hope everything gets back to normal for you guys as fast as possible!!

Well if I’m honest, I’m not the one concerned about pct’ing.
It’s my girlfriend turned wife, that is clean and a follower of Jesus. And I’m just the junkie sinning asshole.
So once the dr gives me TRT, then we can put this dumb shit behind us. She doesn’t understand we get old and need a little extra. Her being 31 she just doesn’t understand.

Update on my wife, she had a 4 hour surgery last night which involved removing part of her small intestine. What i understand its that there was a bunch of adhesions formed, in turn causing the blockage. The adhesions were caused form a previous surgery. I am hoping that this surgery doesn't do same, and she has to go through this again. She is still in a lot of pain, and being pumped full of pain meds to cope, along with a NG tube down her throat. It sucks seeing her like this, but i am grateful the surgery went well.

@iceman440 , how bout some funny questions to cheer me up.

But I Need to give you a little history. When I first got with her I had a grow room in the basement. Several thousand dollar setup.
Me using gear is minuscule to how she felt about this room Lmao.
It’s no longer around.
But she had a 18 month old so once they started staying at my house, and I knew that this was worth it, I disposed of it for Jr. sake.
Anyone want to buy some equipment??? Lol.

You get what you pay for.

2”x2” square tubing when most decent racks are 3”x3”

The hole spacing looks to be 3” apart. That might not be a problem but you don’t know until you get it. It could put your liftoff position for bench or squat off by 2” which is annoying. It could also make the safety spot pins either too high or too low for you.

Agreed on the hole spacing issue particularly if you plan to bench in the rack.

I have two racks and the one I bench in has holes spaced every 1 1/2 inches. Definitely saved me once. I false grip benching and it has never been an issue but a couple of years back I was getting ready for a meet and fighting a pec strain and had moved the point where i brought the bar down to my chest a couple of inches higher than normal trying to work around the injury.

Not sure if concentrating on that was the cause or not but I lost it nearly 3/4's of the way up on a 385 bench. Safties were at the perfect height so when the bar went forward and landed just below the sternum it literally just grazed my chest with the safties doing their job. Bent a $250 bar but that was a hell of a lot better than having 385 bounce off me moving about 20 mph.

I also agree with @BigBaldBeardGuy on craigslist. Took me the better part of 18 months but I put together a pretty impressive home gym buying and selling on craigslist. There are some pictures of it in the powerlifting thread.
