Going into my second week now on Superdrol test/tren can def feel the pump. My cousin was taking 40mg... i told him to stay at 20mg he didnt listen... yesterday he slept for 24hrs....anyways im feeling great so far. I take one at 5am and one at 1pm . I think im going to stay at 20mg from what i witnessed with my cousins lethargy, and its working great so far so why change it.. will keep you updated

Good morning fuck sticks! Happy Friday, I hope everyone is slaying at life and the gym! Topic I'd like to start today.

How many folks kick the day off with OJ, salt, and water? This really re-hydrates you and gets the urinal tract moving. I stopped doing this for a while and forgot how much better I feel when I do it. I also supplement oj, dextrose and salt post workout.

I watched a YouTube video by Stan Efferding and he spoke of that.
He had a section on sodium… Very interesting

I’m just finishing up my 2nd week of superdrol allegedly. I’m thinking of bumping it up to 30mg. i’ve been taking 20mg about a hour and a half before workouts, Think I could do one more later in the day.

I have no experience with superdrol (lots with anadrol, dbol etc). What I find is that 70% of people don't like it and the others love it so I'm a bit intrigued. One thing I've noticed is that a huge percentage of the people that tap out do it at 30mg and above.

More philosophical and common sense thought but if you are having a good run and getting what you want at 20mg...maybe don't mess with it and blow a week or so of your cycle getting back on track. Maybe run 4 weeks as planned and try 30mg next time around? Best I can offer.
