I'm not even a smoker. But i will be. A few times growing up but nothing that stuck. (Work testing my whole life)

When i retire i want a whiskey still and about 3 little plants in my greenhouse. For something to do basically.

I would definitely hit you up for advice and info. Seen all your posts on the subject. Very much an art form.

Well if I can toot my own horn, I had a nack for it right out the gate. But it took a few years till I could grow shit just as good as the dispensary. Number 1 thing is genetics. Then what you grow median you use is the next most important. I don’t use soil, it’s dirty and attracts all kinds of pests, and usually comes with spider mites, fruit flies, etc.
coco coir is the easiest but it has to be feed daily. I’m a lazy fuck so i build automation watering devices in what’s called DRAIN TO WASTE.
How ever my preferred grow median is DEEP WATER RECIRCULATING CULTURE
It’s a hydroponic system where water is recirculating under the plants. The roots hang in the water. Change out the water once a week to once a month. When doing that you have to continually check and maintain PH as well as nutrient strength which is measured in PPM or EC. You also have to control water temperature to a steady 68 degrees or the roots will get root rot which is a fungus. They can’t survive in 68 degrees. I of course have devices that do that for me. Very expensive. But I’m lazy so I paid the costs. Even my hydroponic system cost several thousand dollars. Plus the water chiller was 500.

When some one provides quality over anything else first to make any product perfect. I don’t care if it’s gardening, brewing, or even construction.

My sister is a chef and she is on call 24/7. She works kinda whatever hours she wants. They call her in when “big clients” come in, because she has a really good plate presentation. It’s actually good enough they basically removed her from cooking other people’s foods lol

See we bullshitted a lot in my thread just like we do here on this one. Prob why I was asked to be a mod lol. Most ppl quit making grow diaries and just posted in mine so I could give advice easier. I didn’t have time to go scanning everyone’s threads. So I handed out a LOT of advice. I promise by the time your done reading that thread you will be able to grow all on your own. Like anything, if you want to learn, it requires a lot of effort, and research. In this case a lot of reading.

Selling is something that freaked me out. It smells. And volume vs profit just wasn't there for me. U kess you have some of the volume the guys have posted. Still thought, a pound of white powder vs a pound of green. We all know what is worth more. I could never get on that level though. Not for me.

I really think the clientele makes or breaks it. I wouldn’t sell to anyone that would ever have money issues.

Only sell to people who have everything to lose and always have money. Then you are usually fine. Usually lol

Not even remotely worth it. It would take years to pay for all the equipment and then you still have to flip it.
I had a guy take 2 pounds every 3 months then I sold ounces for a Bill twenty five to my co-workers for personal use that I worked with. Usually 4 a month.
