Ya. You could say I caught the fever for growing. I’m kinda glad it passed before I got to big and caught a case. And one point I was gonna buy a house outside of town and use the whole thing for a grow operations. But I ended up using some common sense and remembered a line from American Gangster when dude was over their in Asia talking to the dude he bought all the dope from.
He said,,,
Quitting while your ahead, isn’t the same as quitting.

I 100% thought about that line for days, until I decided I had a big enough setup.
The Internet forums can seduce you if you ain’t careful.
I was already trying to figure out how I was gonna build my own factory five GTM kit car.

I would put my high quality compost and water and sunlight and it’ll grow lol. Now it’s not gonna be as big as your crop, but Im sure I could grow it.

Yes it would. No disrespect @The ole man you're very knowledgeable but what you are talking about is production growing. That’s completely different than the happy homeowner who wants to have his own stash and make a few bucks on the side. I do this for a living. Not weed but commercial production growing and I do all my own ag stuff and landscaping. So I understand both ends of it. For 150-200$ you get 15-20 seeds soil pots fertilizer. They are feminized and the grow length is perfect for outdoor production. Especially in a southern climate.

Thank you for asking, all is going very well. She came home Friday night (8 days spent in the hospital), is on a soft food diet, so eating Jello, pudding, split pea soup, protein drinks and drinking water. Her intestine system is working again and seems to be becoming more regular. The incision (staples) looks great as well. And starting to lose some of the edema she incurred while being pumped full of so much liquids while in the hospital. She has a follow up visit with surgeon this coming week. She's happy to be home and sleeping in our bed, and is taking it easy, as instructed. I just face timed her to see how things are, her youngest is helping out a lot by doing laundry and dishes, etc... So right now they are chilling watching a movie.

Yeah mine is against smoking anything, but she will try edibles? Makes no sense to me, but it’s a starting point. Shit is just hard to get lol

I agree. Primo is not a bilking drug. Primo is a godsend when used for what it excels at; cutting or recomping and of course cruising. And for those applications 4-600 is plenty.

As i always say. To run it much higher to get "more" results you may as well run a stronger compound

Well it’s the pest you have to worry about. Plus a 1000 watt HPS (high pressure sodium) light puts off some serious heat. If leaves get over 84 degrees transpiration comes to a halt. They prefer to be about 77 degrees for the best transpiration.
And even when you get all that straightened out then it’s time to learn techniques to get the most amount of bud from it. Everyone has heard of topping, but that’s old news.
The best technique is super cropping.
It is when you break all the branches at a certain height. The trick is to break the inside without breaking the outside. You do that by rubbing it between your fingers, and gently bending it over. You bend all branches out in a umbrella shape. You then put a scrog net on then.
Can take a plant from 2 ounces to 8 ounces without costing you more veg time. That saves money on lights and increases the yield. There is a lot to growing for money. The guy that taught me was from norther California and his mom ran an HUGE hydroponic agriculture building with 1000’s of plants. Not mj plants. But peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.

He was a wealth of information and somehow I became his friend. Said he couldn’t stand ppl that didn’t listen and learn. He said I was different. He called me his padawan. Lol.
I didn’t care what he called me! As long as he kept teaching me.

Oh and what you know about deficiencies like Ca, mg, iron, phosphorus? You know how to see them? I mean you grow plants right? How about rolled leave edges? Lol. Thier is a lot bro.
Even got some detailed math when it comes to re-adding nutrients to a reservoir. So that you keep the same ratios. Get the ratios off, and you cause deficiencies.

And then there is the dreaded spider mite. The ultimate nemesis. Fought those little bastards for years
