Good stuff glad the caber took care of your issue.

Been waiting on DHB reports like this. I have a bunch of Var so def keep it up with the combo.

I'll be putting in another order in the next month or so as I wrap this. Might make DHB my next cycle as the summer injury pushed back my primo plan I think.

Also curious how your bloods come back on DHB.
I can’t wait to start popping Anavar I love that stuff. DHB by itself has been pretty good, I really need to do a cycle without adding anything else but right now I’m vascular and round. Not sure how much the HGH(2ius nightly) has anything to do with it.
One bad thing is I’m noticing more cramps without the NPP. My forearms and calves will just lock up out of nowhere. Plenty of supplements and hydration so maybe the DHB is the culprit ?

I get those fucking shits on blast. Had my scalp cramp during a yawn. Not kidding. Fucking hurt like hell. Everyone told me vitamin deficiency.

Have you ran Adrol before? Been doing a lot of research on it lately and it’s supposedly safer on the liver than Var.

I think its the fact that all the 17α-alkylated compounds like Methyl Test, Stan, A-bombs, and Var go through your liver 3x before the get excreted is what makes them all tax your liver pretty bad.. I had a higher up from Mexico explain it to me in depth in the bad ole days.. He said: "Imagine a spiked crystalline structure, hard enough to withstand stomach acid, and now imagine it passing through your liver 3x.."

I dunno, but that description stuck with me for 20 years lol. I do like the yellow eyes I get on A-bombs

Also any compound that taxes your liver will mean increased bile into the stomach, since bile is created in the Liv. The excess bile gets dumped into the stomach, then the acid reflux when you go sideways to sleep. That plus hypertension from water retention usually ensures a little agita (mama mia!) at night... Friends complain to me a lot about heartburn when taking anadrol. Bro-scientists for sure, but still a regular claim among my circle of meat-heads

Yea did the 3 days on and off beginning of this cycle. Hated every second of it, lethargic as every leftist shit that’s ever lived.

Well dammit, guess I should rethink this.

This one on the food thread.
2 large chicken breasts cut length wise. Then flatten them out to make em thin. Or just buy thin breasts and flatten em out a little.

  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup, plus 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 ounce fresh mozzarella ball
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Cut each piece of chicken in half lengthwise to form 4 thin slices. Using a rolling pin, flatten chicken to under half an inch by firmly hitting.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs on a plate and set aside. In a shallow bowl, whisk water and eggs and set aside. Spread the flour on a plate and set aside.
  4. Coat the chicken in the flour and shake off the excess. Dip in egg mixture and then coat in bread crumbs, making sure the crumbs adhere and chicken is fully coated. Set aside.
  5. Heat olive oil in a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00G2XGC88/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00G2XGC88&linkCode=as2&tag=kitchswagg20-20&linkId=7a6f01b4b6ee2b78b9d33ece4846b824 (cast iron skillet) over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices two at time and sauté until golden and crispy, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove all 4 slices and set on a plate.
  6. Add 1/2 a cup of tomato sauce to the bottom of the cast iron skillet. Return all four pieces of chicken to the cast iron skillet and arrange with the least amount of overlap possible.
  7. Cover with remaining sauce, remaining Parmesan cheese, and top each piece of chicken with two slices of fresh mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with basil and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve Immediately with a side of pasta if desired.

Mmmm thank you!

No problem! A tip: after you brown the breasts on the pan take the pan off the burner for about two mins before adding the marinara sauce to the pan. Cause it's hot and that sauce will almost boil away immediately. So you might need more. Then throw the breasts on quick and dump the rest of the sauce and have your cheese ready before hand so it's a quick process to get in the oven.

Try it, we’re all different. Maybe you won’t get lethargic, it hit me pretty hard though. I may or may not be sitting on a few packs and I’d hate them to go to waste so I may try it again.
I’m really liking how I’m looking right now, DHB is truly a good lean muscle gainer.
I don’t want to make @Kim jealous but I got this 24 year old barking up my tree.
