I've seen bloods on fully recovered thyroid function when tapering down to 12.5mcg daily for 7-14 days. That's how I intend to come off this time. Enough to maintain a bit and not crash yet recover substantial function and restart things.

Just a heads up, the t3 at night when you first start it will definitely fuck with your sleep, so if you have something to assist with sleep, I recommend taking it atleast for about the first 3 days til your body gets a accustomed to it.

I was wondering if you noticed an increase in appetite too since you increased your dose of t3???? When I was taking t4 It didn’t effect my appetite, but t3 has literally caused me to murder everything in the fridge, and I only get leaner.
