The problem is each of you is making very valid points and I can see the good and bad in each of yours posts. That’s what happens when good people come together and express themselves. You guys and plenty of others and myself included all bring something valuable to Meso. Fuck all the drama and conspiracy shit. It’s done. As far as @TitaniumGear (TGI) is concerned he had to go anyway. It just makes sense and was only a matter of when not if. This just made it a perfect time. What happened here was a source thread that just happened to become the catch all thread. The bullshit needs to be over. The drama needs to die. What that means going forward I’m not sure but what I do know is something can be learned. This isn’t a source thread anymore so fuck it let it stay the catch all. As far as the future is concerned it does kinda make sense to at least limit the amount of shit posting in source threads this way the info pertaining to said source is readily available. It’s not about censorship or the freedom of an unmoderated forum it’s just keeping in line with what MESO is here for. Information. Doesn’t mean you can’t say what you want but does it need to go on for pages at a time. No. We all feel strongly about Meso as a whole because it’s what we all have in common. I know for myself it’s been nothing short of great. Where I am I’m alone in this lifestyle with no one to talk to about it and I’m sure that’s the same for plenty of you. So it’s natural to be here and be protective of it. Doesn’t matter if you been here forever or just joined. If your here for what this place truly offers than keeping in some what line of the design of Meso is what’s best for all of us. A house divided is a mess and while we will all never agree on everything I think we can all agree that this place is pretty great for people like us. So for the love of god lets all let it go. Take what we have learned and continue keeping Meso the best fucking performance (and a lot of funny ass nonsense) site on the internet.

And the thread continues to talk about nothing beneficial except arguments of who's right and who’s wrong. Bottom line is those several long time members wanted this thread shut down and they did it. They got what they set out to do. TGI still provides his services. So his customers don’t lose. But the thread is dead and several members have been stigmatized because of their participation in the thread. What we have here is a display of the power of certain members. It is evident with the outcome. It is unfortunate that a non-censored bored was censored because of behind the scenes business matters. That is what concerns me. Would we have the same outcome if this happened in a different sources thread? The answer is no. I have seen the same shenanigans in multiple other threads. Pharmacom, pharmasource, TSL, etc.. But where is the outcry? Fuck, good luck getting any useful information out of the Pharmacom thread when football season starts. If everyone will remember this shit show started after TGI offered to donate some of his gear to members in a contest instead of anabolic labs.
That ruffled some feathers I believe.

It was tgi mad about things Millard said in a post. Tgi thought he had some say about the rules and when Millard set him straight he felt slighted.
Tgi reacted in anger and frustration like he was gonna take his ball and go home to punish or to let everyone know I and others made him mad and was even more mad about how things were handled.
He showed his displeasure by posting that he was considering pulling his scheduled donation and instead having a contest to give away gear to members or customers.
It came across like he saw his past "donations" to AL as more of a "payoff" and since he wasn't getting the treatment he felt he deserved after throwing some money around he was not going to support AL and it was Millards lack of action in regards to my actions and anyone that agreed with me.

It was a bitch move made by a a noob source who was checked and then went stomping his feet pouting after his virtual spanking.
He's a noob with everyone in his little world telling him how wonderful he was. All new to him. He felt he was something special. He wasn't.
If you all believe he's now a longtime respected vet because all you noobs say so its simply not true. His maiden run was a good one. He rose to the top among a challenged group of other noob and unproven sources.
When the owner of the board, who is a respected long time Community member, didn't fall at his feet like the other faithful in his thread and was told how things go on the board where he is a guest he didnt like it.

Another thing...tgi opening his own board..sure. He's more full of himself than i gave him credit for and may actually believe he's somethimg special.
I'm not going out very far on a limb when i say with absolute certainty that tgi WILL NOT OPEN HIS OWN BOARD.

He is way out of any zone he feels he may be comfortable in. He doesn't have a clue about what it takes to run and sustain ANY type of board having to do with the Community.

Maybe you missed the memo? I don’t care what it looks like to you or anyone for that matter. I’m not gonna be bound by any unwritten rule book on how to behave in this thread.
And threads that run this long and have so much attention is what sells advertising on this site. But that probably escaped your thought process.
This thread helps with that process. So yes this a harm prevention site but it has costs to maintaining it. That’s what advertising does for the site owner.
I’m fully aware of how sites work behind the scenes. This site probably brings in between 5k to 10k a month. There is a lot more in play than rule number 93 about how to behave in a source thread.
Millard was smart in keeping it unmoderated because that allows more communication which builds threads and members faster, which in turn allows him to sell advertising at a larger price for the same amount of space.
Millard is a business man and I applaud his thought process when he constructed this site. That’s why he doesn’t intervene in this thread as long as nobody’s security is at risk.

You have no idea how to run a successful board...sorry...i take that back. More specifically you have absolutelt no idea how meso is run or what influences the cost to advertise here. Seriously, why would you expect anyone to believe you do.
Talking as if Millard bounced the unmoderated thing off of you before it happened and then bringing you back years later to discuss his success and how he can charge what he does for ad space.
