There is a lot of misinformation regarding protein intake and renal function. In healthy kidneys protein, even high amounts of protein, are not harmful.

Yes protein metabolism does present an increased load for the kidneys to process, studies show filtration rate increases and the nephrons in a sense hypertrophy. This is all a natural adaptive response and not pathological. What happens when you present an increased load to your muscles by excercising? They hypertrophy and you don’t have some disease of the muscle because it’s an expected natural adaptive response.

Now if you have pre-existing kidney disease/damage or they have completely shut down and you’re in dialysis then you have to reduce your protein intake because you’re not able to process the nitrogenous waste products. It would be similar to someone who has just run a marathon and is in rhabdomyolysis being forced to run a second marathon the muscles cannot adapt and they are further damaged.

The two major causes of kidney damage are diabetes and high blood pressure. In our case high blood pressure uncontrolled is the most likely culprit if we experience renal damage. Hypertension is called the silent killer, you feel great until you have a stroke or heart attack.

I would highly recommend everyone get their blood pressure checked frequently on cycle, if abnormal I recommend telmisartin or another angiotensin receptor blocker. Beta blockers have impotence and depression as a side effect, diuretics dehydrate you and can cause electrolyte imbalances, calcium channel blockers cause lower extremity swelling. ACE inhibitors and ARBs have a renal protective effect and have been shown to halt or slow renal damage due to diabetes.

Really? U clearly didn’t read my post did ya?

You are citing stuff from. NON steroid users right?

Where are you copying and pasting from? Please include the websites when you cite articles.

1. Do you understand glomular filtration or have an understanding of what this is? Without citing an article?

2. Do you understand how steroids alter and can cause this to become hyper?

Everything your articles state are correct with blood pressure etc being the number one cause, but and that is a big BUT... the articles are not talking about 300+ grams of excess protein. Are they?

Please don’t quote me and say I have a lot of mis information in what I am posting without PROOF! And your side articles aren’t proof, it’s added information not representative of dis-proving the “mis-information”

Watch the BP Floki, put the war axe down no need to blood eagle him yet :p
We know you have the mystical knowledge base and we appreciate it.

I actually agree with the new guidelines.

Too many are relaxed with bp with many thinking 140/80 is ok.

Higher bp causes micro tears these micro tears have to be repaired which cause the artery to become leathery.

These micro tears also allow sugar and triglycerides to come in and help
Form a clog.

What's your opinion on the wrist cuff readers? Accurate?
i started a thread ages ago, but don't recall if you posted in it.

Yes, sir.

Maybe if when you bought the wrist monitor you brought to your doctor and had it compared to the device they are using to ensure both are reading the same, then bring back once every few months to check for accuracy.

I haven’t looked into them a whole bunch though, but I think the majority of the ones available aren’t the most accurate, but at least it’s something to get you aware.3

Ah hmm..breach baby is when it comes out ass 1st, upside down or head 1st is the norm..I expected better from you
T-B

Unless the vial is considered a womb and the stopper is the vaginal canal and vulva, but we all know this ain’t the case
The things i read when i get up to piss.
All i meant was to convey the notion of that compared to the others in the collection, @Worf got one that is upside down. My stoppers are clearly made from dried up lady bits, the 100s of customers with issues unanimously voted me off "heated tren & brittle stopper" island.

I was just showing my disappointment in @T-Bagger , expected more from him.

Im sure someone has tongue fucked one of the baby vial stoppers thinking it was a pussy, you know cause there’s a baby inside it..

I said “There is a lot of misinformation” not “you are giving a lot of misinformation” please re-read my first sentence.

I only quoted you so others would know what I was talking about. Did you ever read a post from someone and think “what the hell are they talking about or why did they post that?” That’s the only reason, not to call you out.

Regarding side articles or copying and pasting from websites. I don’t have any, nor was I copying from any. This information is part of my general knowledge base. I am a physician with a special interest in all things related to nutrition, training, and PEDs. But I can’t let anybody know, I would lose my license. Yes I understand GFR, I understand how steroids effect kidneys, and a number of other things.

Anytime a colleague asks “gee you eat a lot of protein aren’t you worried you’re going to kill your kidneys” it annoys the crap out of me. Most physicians don’t know jack about nutrition, PEDs, or supplements.

My main concern for posting is for harm reduction and safety if others:

1) Get your blood pressure checked regularly in addition to periodic lab work- a complete metabolic panel (includes renal/liver function) and a complete blood count.

2) If you need antihypertensive medication I believe ACE inhibitors or ARBs are the best and telmisartan has been purported to increase endurance as well and possibly prevent remodeling of the heart

I don’t usually post much, but thought this was an opportunity to reinforce what you and others were saying with regard to being safe.

I haven’t either. Not gonna lie pregnancy is one of my fetishes, especially when their boobs swell up and their nips change all while not gaining an excess amount of weight. Heard they’re hornier and wetter. Might have to find a girl and get her pregnant, or a pregnant hooker, preferably the former.
Man you’re correct, especially when it’s your child in there. My 2 ex-wives were sexy AF when they were pregnant! And you don’t have to pull out.....
