Training and Nutrition Log

Training has been awesome, I feel great and motivated to keep pushing my lifts, but my diet has been horrible.

I'm not eating junk, it's just that I'm not eating anything!
I tried to take a bite of chicken and veggies today and couldn't. Don't mean to sound like a pussy, but for some reason I just can't eat...
 
Did suitcase deadlifts today... holy shit. 135 was pretty rough for me. Balance is pretty challenging.
Anyone try this? Killed my obliques.
One of my favorites noe. Alongside single arm DB farmers walks.
Had a great workout focused on the posterior chain. Lot of glute work, as I've been reading on sports injuries and from what I've been reading a lot of hamstring injuries occur because of weak glutes.
 
For the lack of nutrition in my body, I'm slaying these workouts!
Did 3 sets of 90 lbs on incline dumbbell for 15 reps each, superset with DB Pullovers then went right into a 225-275 bench press.
Feeling very good!! Will post up the whole weeks workouts with numbers Saturday after my last workout of the week.
 
That's a bummer. We got up to 160's at my gym. Not that I ever use them lol. Well, dumbbell shrugs and farmers walks.
 
Just cooked up my catfish in olive oil. Coated them with egg and let them fry up. Probably my favorite meat.

Been killing the workouts lately. Trying to figure a way of posting a video here of box jumps. Probably my more impressive exercise.
Did away completely with straps today. Grip felt great, held 405 for 5 no problem on deadlifts.
Will finally post the workout log tomorrow upon completion of my final workout this week.
Also.... with how great I've been feeling, I just might reward myself with a cycle in about 6 weeks...
I will probably plateau around then, if not I will keep trucking through, but if I do plateau..... I've been eyeing the NPP forums lately..... :cool:
 
I just created a YouTube channel under a fake name and upload videos there. Keep them unlisted and nobody can find them except where they're linked. I've heard people use that Tapatalk app to upload, but I have no idea what that process is.

Nice work on the strapless deadlift, too.
 
Just finishing up at the VA here... waiting to get bloods drawn.
Got pramipexole .25mg, arimidex 1mg, and viagra 100mg. Boom.
The doctor wants me to try quetiapine (seroquel) for sleep, but if that doesn't work, she says she'll give me test cyp to accommodate for the energy and motivation.
If anyone has followed me, I have horrible sleep issues. Horrible. 10 hours or less a week.
I've taken seroquel, trazadone, lunesta, ambien, xanax.... list goes on... nada.
So test C is looking like a real possibility.
Will I go on TRT? NOPE. Not until I'm 30, but I will definitely be stockpiling it for cycles...
 
Honestly though.... I think she just wanted me to lay her down on the doc's examination bed and rail her brains out while stuffing her stethoscope up her booty hole.
 
VA appointment lasted a little over 4 hours, got done around 5pm, then went and ran errands with the lady afterwards... gym closed at 8 so I didn't get the chance to hit the gym today.
Out of depression I picked up a bottle..... of chocolate milk and drank maybe half gallon of it. Now I'm going to go lay down and sweat bullets.

Was running through some numbers today.
Supposedly, according to online calculators (who knows how accurate they are)
I'm burning about 593 calories each time I lift weights, and roughly only 160 calories for my cardio runs.
According to the TDEE (Katch-McArdle) I need about 2,143 calories per day. This is my 500 call deficit.
When I mapped it out I was getting 2,147 calories per day Monday thru Friday.
Weekends are a crap shoot, but I am changing that this coming weekend and will be doing intermittent fasting.
Goals are to be about 6% bodyfat.
Haven't been under 200lbs in a long many moons, so it will be a fun journey.
