Training log Week 1

So like I said I have more free time again and I would like to start a training log feel free to follow it but obviously these are not for beginners this isn't me being a asshole or anything but this is simply what I do in the gym.
Chest 11/9/15
Warm up: 10lb side lateral raise 3 sets of 20 reps

Incline Barbell Press:
Set 1: 135lbs 8 reps
Set 2: repeat
Set 3: 225lbs 5 reps
Set 4: repeat
Set 5: 275lbs 5 reps
Set 6: 315lbs 5 reps
Set 7: repeat
Set 8: repeat
Set 9: repeat

Flat Bench Barbell Press:

Set 1: 135lbs 8 reps
Set 2: 225lbs 8 reps
Set 3: 275lbs 8 reps
Set 4: 315lbs 6 reps
Set 5: 365lbs 4 reps

Incline Dumbbell Press:
70lbs all sets 3 second eccentric 1 second squeeze
3 sets of 12 reps

Magnum Chest Press Machine selectorize:
4 sets stack 10 reps

Cable Crossover Standing Fly:
3 sets of 12 reps 48lbs


Tomorrow will be back, I stopped on the 3rd set of flys because I started to feel flat and slightly tired
 
I was a national level heavy weight competitor now I'm going to be competing in super heavies

Yea with certain exercises going to complete failure can be detrimental, I spend a lot of time warming up for every first exercise hence all the sets next log I'll note wich ones where working sets
 
That's actually the reason why I'm doing this log, so many people don't even train hard but think they are because of what they read somewhere.... Honestly fuck that shit any good bodybuilder/lifter will say the same thing I just did
 
I'm always looking for ways to improve my body and training. Food is not a concern for me. I'm upping my anabolic regimen to see what changes as ive only done moderate doses yet. I'm taking a good long look at my training habits those of which leave me dessimated for about 5-6 days each body part. I think it may be too much
 
Yea that's never good to be honest, your recovery is clearly not there. Have you considered GH? That really helped me up my volume and training frequency I think the last time something has been actually sore not tight but sore was my triceps lol. I get tight in the legs after hamstrings but that's about it not sore just a tight feeling

GH? nah can't afford it. I really think it's the failure every set mentality I can't separate myself from. Appreciate your time man :)
 
You called, it rang, an I answered lol. Fuckin shit bro, that is a ton of volume! Deff subbed man. Kill it brotha, lol looks like you already have been. How many years have you been training an how long with this kind of volume? Looking like I need to do a few more sets to catch up haha, maybe even a few dozen more:D

Been training 7-8 years now I would say 4 serious and at this volume exactly a year give or take. My numbers weight wise are actually down due to the fact I just moved and lost 20lbs from that and food poisoning. And went with-out serostim going on 10 days now. This is actually my 7th day of consistent training and eating. Things are going back up now though I gained 10lbs back should be back
To my previous weight of 268 @ 5'10 in the next 5 days

I would post a pic I just have some tattoos that if I coverd up with color edit it would simply defeat the purpose
