Training log Week 1

That's fine man I've only did the 900mg thing twice and there's really no reason for me to lie... It wasn't very fun it's a lot of shit to put into my body. if someone was doing 900mgs of pharma test eod I would probably call bullshit but hey that's just me When I have gelanka amps I mite take 1 gram a week give or take. If you new more bodybuilders or competitors you wouldn't think it was so crazy

No, I'm actually taking 3 amps a week taking with a low dose of deca but it's pharma.

I forget the eq in the 2nd substance but yes that's my favorite cycle

500-750mgs of test e eod depending on quality or pharma grade I should have noted all of this sorry

Legs (I felt like working legs hard since we established I'm lower body dominant so I'm going to work them hard the next couple of weeks and post a pic)

Warm up: 5 min upright bike (helps to prevent knee tracking) 20 reps inner/outer thigh machine 20 reps each.

Leg extension: 3-4 warm up sets toes up 1 second hold
4 sets of 12 reps

Squat:
Set 1: 135lbs 8 reps
Set 2: repeat
Set 3: 225lbs 6 reps
Set 4: 315lbs 5 reps
Set 5: 405lbs 5 reps
Set 6: 455lbs 5 reps
Set 7: 475lbs 5 reps
Set 8: 495lbs 5 reps

Hack Squats: 1 plate (this is a 90s magnum HS so it's actually pretty heavy)
3 sets working 12 reps medium stance 3 second eccentrics (focused on the vastus laterus)

Leg press: nebula leg press somewhat narrow foot placement
3 working sets 10 reps (I want to say I used 8 plates each side nothing crazy I fucosed on the outer quad today)

Standing leg curl
3 working sets 15 reps
 
Do you work hamstrings on another day as well? 3 sets standing leg curls seems like a warmup.
 
Ok i get it , you did warmups before the three working sets. I was just a little confused cause i normally do 12 working sets and i am no where near your size, so i figured you must also work them on another day.

I did 3 warm up sets
 
Shoulders
11/13/15 (bad day for Paris kinda sucks that there's people that just want to kill and destroy everything) please do not consider this if you have rotator cuff or any shoulder injuries it maybe to much pressing

Pec dec Fly: warm up 2-3 sets of 15-30 reps

Machine Shoulder: 3-4 warm up sets
4 working sets of 12 reps

Smith Machine Seated barbel press: (lucky to have a nebula smith machine at my gym cybex also makes a pretty nice one)
4 working sets of 10 reps

Machine Side Lateral Raise: 2 warm ups
3 working sets of 10 reps (drop set to failure on last set)

Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly "seated":
3-4 sets of 15 reps (can't remember how many I did lol)

Pec Dec Rear Delt Fly "not underhand": I like to do these the traditional way once you get it down there's nothing like it.
3-4 sets of 15-20 reps (again forgot my reps/sets)

Then calve work too you guys probably don't wanna see that

Nebula Donkey Calve Raise: standing calve raise body weight for 20 reps warm up
Stack 4 sets 10 reps (super controlled)

Standing Calve Raise (machine):
4 sets 15 reps (1 second squeeze/flex)

Lying Hammer Strength Iso lateral Leg Curl: (holy shit that was a pain to type plate load also)
Set 1: 25lbs 12 reps warm up
Set 2: 25lbs 12 reps warm up
Set 3: 50lbs 12 reps reapet 4 sets

Seated leg curl: 2 warm up sets
3-4 working sets of 15 reps

Stiff leg dead lift (smith machine):
Set 1: 135lbs 12 reps
Set 2: 225lbs 12 reps
Set 3: 275lbs 8 reps repeat 4 sets

Front Squat Smith Machine:
Set 1: 135lbs 15 reps
Set 2: 225lbs 10 reps
Set 3: 275lbs 8 reps
Set 4: 315lbs 6 reps

Hammer strength iso lateral horizontal leg press:
2 plates: 4 sets of 20 reps (slowed eccentrics)

The honest answer... I have no clue, I need more thickness in my upper body in general. I'm pretty blessed with the lower half, but that's kinda how it works my lower body has always responded very well.
