Yes there are but just handful .and pricey than Europe or Turkish sources . pfizer genotropin 36 iu is available over the counter at pharmacies here in 175$ Maybe 10-15$ more less at few places .

I actually got quoted $190 a pen from a Indian pharmacy vendor.

Same price for the Lilly Humatrope 36i.u cartridge too.

Price is good but there are lot of sources in India which are scammers specially on indiamart and tradeindia

Almost none of these are even being manufactured in India presently. There's treasures to be found in India but it's not AAS raws.
