Ya ive been using thoe stretchs too. There great. Ive been doing some light rotator cuff stuff before i lift as well with a 5 lb. Sometimes i do 10 lbs.Loosen them Shoulders up before heavy chest work. It's done wonders for me. I know big mghoward has a thread on it. "Let's fix that shoulder". I've adopted some of his stretches and really give a solid 5 minutes before heavy presses. I no longer have that beat up feeling after heavy reps. Longevity my man
