tren test cycle ! lets give this shit a whirle

No gym yesterday :-( but there is today. I was in a strangesituation to say the least. I helped my ex move all day with my g/f ........they are also best friends. :-! It was a little awkward in the least. So im still alive today and dont have crazy bitch shit going on at least. Today will be leg day and im going to crush it ! I love legs for some strange reason.
 
Weigh in this morning was 212! Ya im probably just getting fatter but with all these cals i have so much damn energy again. Think thr clomid is doinf its job as well. Im filling out thats for sure.

K getting ready to leave the gym and i had a kickass workout. This caloric surplus has been just killer for me in the gym. Yes im fatter but stronger for sure.

I did sideways hammers for my 7 instead of cables.
25 for 7 sets no rest at all. Did one side and back to the other back again and so on. Great pump!! My shoulders didnt act up at all this whole chest workout! Another kickass thing
 
So sitting at 215 this morning! ! Today is thr first day in months that ive done a chest workout, a heavy one at that without my shoulder just killing me. It was the best chest workout ive had in a long time.
 
Loosen them Shoulders up before heavy chest work. It's done wonders for me. I know big mghoward has a thread on it. "Let's fix that shoulder". I've adopted some of his stretches and really give a solid 5 minutes before heavy presses. I no longer have that beat up feeling after heavy reps. Longevity my man

Ya ive been using thoe stretchs too. There great. Ive been doing some light rotator cuff stuff before i lift as well with a 5 lb. Sometimes i do 10 lbs.
 
I sure dont dedicate 5 min but i should and i will take that advice and apply it! Thanx again for the sound advice. I love meso. I get so much here .

Then i decided i was done. I had a really great workout though. Moved up in all weight actually too so everything was a pr for reps.
