Just be aware its neurotoxic thats why people even without a big hit on their bloodwork cycle it off and nobody actually perma use it even on their low-dose TRT+ cruise

probably not, it is more of an irritant, but you can never be safe enough when it comes to AAS use, I would definitely avoid cigs just from the cardiovascular burden alone.
 
That is not "naturally fat." I will let you in on a little secret, everybody could take all of those drugs and still overeat and gain fat. You are not alone.

Are there differences in metabolism? Sure. But they are a lot smaller than most want to believe.

As you discovered, it is smart to track and weigh your food.

Absolutely. It doesn't matter what you are taking you still have to track calories even on glp1 medication. Glps will definitely help you from craving certain foods and insulin but if your eating pizza and cake it won't do much for you

The search is your friend- x-ray is not wrong. But as a 10-year member I’ll go ahead and assume you’re solid and spend a minute giving you the tip of the iceberg- I spent like a month doing the reading all the search results game, then did an experiment (documented in the cycle logs here if you wanna look).

What I learned about tren is first that its legendary sides are incredibly individual so there’s that. And second that its 3-5x as powerful as test thing is overblown when it comes to being a mass builder. It is super powerful, and at least Acetate is tolerable but noticably spicy as far as even small dose being a pippy shot.

At higher dose its big effect is the look while on- gain water weight but look bigger meaner and also leaner. At lower dose the more useful effects show up pretty early- micro dose (5/day) brought vivid dreams, and around 100/week started to give the gym aggression CNS type stuff. I haven’t tried and am not interested in using it to keep training and muscle up during a super brutal starvation diet, but that’s definitely a thing it does too, and probably well below 400mg/week.

My takeaway was that health cost is too high to do any kind of low dose cruise for more than a couple months, and the high/mid dose is too specific and more aligned with the time limits and goals of a stage BB. My next experiment is going to be using it at low dose as a support compound in a stack to try and leverage it’s aggression and cns stuff the way people use anadrol on cycle, with hopes that it will also help partition a lean bulking surplus (not sloppy) and keep spill to a minimum.
