I ran DNP up to 500 mg for two weeks. Nothing feels worse. I looked into various mitochondria support protocols while on it. I think that if you we're to run DNP or this BAM15 it would make all the MOTS C and SLU you've been blasting worthless.

Just take more Reta and maybe throw in 0.5 mg ozempic and be involuntarily bulimic for a week or two and you'll be good to go.
I've never ran DNP so I'm kinda trying to scratch that itch lol. We'll see. Haven't decided yet!
 
Mitochondrial uncoupler, wouldn't this be in the same family as DNP? That's like the exact opposite of what OP has been aiming for with the MOTS C and SLU
Apparently, it can be similar (or stronger) than DNP when it comes to fat loss, but without 1/4 of the side-effects and risks.

Take that with a pinch of salt.
 
Update: The iodide version of 5Amino that I have shall be saved for my friendly "lab rats" who do not GAF. I can't in good conscience be ingesting 500mg to 1g of iodine daily. Plus, that's a pretty big confounding variable in my experiment if it's gonna possibly wreck my thyroid function!

SLUPP shall continue at a couple hundred mg per day. Hopefully will get my big load of SLUPP in so I do not need to reduce dosage to bridge between then and now.

I've been slacking on cycling since I got sick. It got pretty cold since I go very early AM, and I'm not equipped with the right cold weather gear, so I've been going on very short rides recently.

I'd be lying if I said otherwise, but I've been eating like a jackass. Not terrible from a total calorie standpoint, but terrible from a macro allocation standpoint. Just not giving a single fuck about protein / carbs / fats.

I also decided to bump my AAS doses up through the holiday season (now until January). Better nutrient partitioning, more emphasis on lifting right now compared to cycling (relative to a couple weeks ago), and cuz this will probably be my last "blast" for a while due to baby due May 1st.

So where is the new stack at? Have included mast E a few injections, but undecided on what I want. May end up increasing test instead of adding more mast. May switch to long ester test. Really undecided. I've got 2ml daily to work with pretty much. In all reality, will probably just increase short ester doses since I've got limited time, but at the same time, it'll taper off naturally in january when I stop blasting so I'll still get more time at higher blast doses. As you can tell, undecided and no real plan. Things are subject to completely change at any moment lol.

What’s the reason to combine mast e and p? Since you inject daily anyway.

You look leaner despite it biking. Maybe it would help to pick a more clear goal?

Wanted to fill my other 1ml syringe that has EQ with something...lol. No but in seriousness, I've been considering swapping to long esters only to go back to 1ml per day max. I've got 1 foot in, 1 foot out.

Thanks! Yeah it would definitely be helpful. To be honest, where I'm at is:

I ALWAYS want to get more muscular. However, that comes with downsides. Health, daily function, etc. On the flipside, I want to get leaner and faster at cycling. However, that comes at the expense of not getting stronger / bigger and spending less time in the gym / more time cycling...

As you can probably see, huge mental conflict. I know what I should do, but I don't want to do what I should do.

My wife is due May 1st. I know life will change dramatically then. I'll be TRT+ or TRT++ at that point.

I told myself I was going to stay strict this holiday season, and I have given up on that, lol. Pregnant wife + fat boy appetite = don't feel like fighting the urge to enjoy food.

So, I decided, fuck it. I will enjoy food, enjoy drugs (AAS), and hit the gym a bit harder than initially planned for the remainder of 2024. Alas, I am increasing doses from "cycling emphasis with a splash of BB" to "BB with a splash of cycling."

And I'll ride this through 2024 and then cut down to TRT++ (my way of saying mild blast)

Then TRT+ (test + something).

That's at least how it works out in my brain right now.

Wait, you have an urge to enjoy food on 12mg reta? Did you develop tolerance or was it always like that. Meanwhile I keep forgetting to drink water on half that dosage.

Are you taking 1k HCG daily? What's your AI intake like or is the eq enough for e2?

I developed tolerance; been on either 15mg of tirz or 12mg Reta for over a year.

Yeah I’m taking 1k HCG daily, but taking zero AI. I’m taking 1K HCG daily so I can run more EQ lol
 
I hope she sleeps… but uh, either way, I’ll be on TRT+ or TRT++…need to stave off that catabolism from not sleeping, especially!
Nevermind what the mortals do my Brother in Fe. I imagine if you tried to hit your Pt delts with only 10 mg they would not so politely spit the pittance of oil right back out and demand a proper bolus for a MAN.
