For sure about reta and GH definitely contributes to the HR increase as well. Off of GH and off of reta not on blast my resting HR is almost in the 50s. Not quite but almost.
I know i'm not helping myself with the armodafinil, but it's a pretty minute increase for me. Keeps me away from worse drugs (amphetamines), so the cost:benefit analysis is in my favor there, imo.
Absolutely never considering stopping telmisartan. It's been amazing for me for almost a decade now.
I have been at times, but I am currently not now. I should probably start 5mg per day again.
I am not already taking a beta blocker. I previously have taken nebivolol due to how selective it is. I didn't really love how I felt on it, but I think it might be worth exploring.
The other part of me says I've only got 2 more weeks of peak AAS use before letting long esters taper down, but then the other part of me says I should just start on 5mg of nebivolol since the taper will take awhile given the esters.
Probably will add in 5mg and see what happens.
