You see a physio? Massage is nice but physio's are the absolute goat. Get on top of this hip injury early. You won't be prioritizing it when the kid pops out.
 
Yeah, my shoulder and hip still aren't great. Maybe a bit of improvement, but nothing to write home about. Less concerned about shoulder. Happens from time to time; I chalk it up to football and fucked up labrums / rotator cuffs. Can aggravate them pretty easily when strength starts going up quickly.

Hip wise, my other one is starting pop more, but not painfully. A bit confused. The right one that gives me pain from time to time is popping more frequently as well, but less painfully. Think I might be getting some progress there with the BPC + TB500 10mg of each per day.

Going to start doing good girl / bad girl machine super high reps strict form to see if that'll help make it feel more stable. Been stretching a bit which seems to help.

Some progress is better than nothing especially considering you aren’t resting the issues properly.
Just make sure to get a good warmup in before training and keep stretching.
Massage therapy will help for sure
Got myself a bit of calf issue during practice 2 that just received 20mg of BPC and 5mg of TB lol
 
Do you track your macros & calories? About how much do you eat /day?
I don’t track anything. Tried it for 2 months and it sucks.

I’m not even sure how much I eat, especially right now. Just whatever and however much I want during this period.

Under normal circumstances I have a much better idea but still not a great one. 300g protein, 100g carbs, and then whatever fat comes with my meat / eggs / dairy. I’m not in normal circumstances right now. Usually don’t eat so high carb like I am currently.

It’s safe to say over 5k calories though right now.

I do not. To be honest, no employer sponsored insurance right now so don’t feel like paying out of pocket for the visits.

You’re completely right. I totally should. The hip thing is less acute and more so chronic over use I think.

But I’m not gonna stop, just alter my training as to not aggravate it further. I have noticed some improvement already so I’m cautiously optimistic I can manage it on my own.

expensive for sure, i've never heard of anyone running 10 mg of tb500 though, maybe @Benf15harp has run that amount? i can't really find any "researchable" conclusions on dosing tb500 that high,,,,,
Today I’m up to 7MG tb500 so far and probably finish off the vial at bedtime in addition to 25mg of Bpc which will probably be 30 before eod
I’m sure I’ve taken this much in the past but I don’t remember
There may be some memory loss after years of high Dosing Bpc lol
 
Yeah I'll post it up soon. Pleasantly surprised though. No real difference vs oxandrolone mg for mg on lipids and LFTs. My Hct was getting up there. Joints definitely started getting bad. Stopping the stanozolol. Ran it 5 weeks at 25 mg PWO.
What is your cap for HCT that makes you stop / drop the extra AAS?
