TrenboloneTax: Hybrid Cycling / Lifting Log aka Make Hulk Bike Fast

At one time I went from 217 lbs to 187 in 30 days. 1 lb per day. ~800 calorie deficit, ~1g AAS to ~100mg, and from 4 IU GH to 0. Almost all of that weight loss was just water and glycogen with a few lbs of fat. I've heard this referred to as the "cosmetic effects of steroids."

Recently I've been dropping weight to have a better power-to-weight ratio for an upcoming marathon, and it has been much more difficult because I'm just doing TRT with 4 IU that I don't plan to drop.

How do you feel with where you're at mentally/physically?
Mentally? Feel great dude. Didn’t realize how much of a drag DNP got to be at the end.

Physically? My knee kinda hurts. I’m happy with my progress. I botched the DNP run by being too aggressive but that’s okay. Good learning experience. I’m happy with my physique but I’m not satisfied. Just wanna keep leaning out. Don’t really care about scale weight.

I’m looking forward to taking a break and cruising on a reasonable stack for awhile.

Haven’t forgot about the health sup list I’ll try and do that today

BW: 277

Waiting for these long esters to clear and drop some water….

250 test / 200 mast / 300 EQ / 25mg var / 25mg winstrol / 10mg Reta / 12iu GH is current

Pretty happy with body weight and level of lean.

Just gonna keep chipping away.

Making some food choice substitutions to decrease dietary fat.

Want to see the impact of AAS doses decreasing on water retention and then I’ll drop GH to 6iu and observe the impact that has.

Yeah exactly. If you dropped that much, imagine proportionally how much that would mean for me due to bw difference and dose difference.

Granted, I wasn’t eating 800 cals per day lol

Folks usually underestimate just how much of their bw fluctuations are purely water

How do you compare Reta vs Tirz having been on both? I've heard some mentions of Reta potentially causing some flatness due to the glucagon impact.

I'm mainly looking for the insulin sensitivity benefits being on GH and about to go into a long growth phase.

If you can't eat you can't grow. If you can eat on Tirzepatide yeah it works fantastic.
Reta seems like has a higher insulin sensitivity effect

Tirz does almost nothing to my appetite but it does slow my digestion more than I'd like which is one of the reasons I'm looking at switching to Reta.

To be fair to Tirz, I'm also probably sub 10% at this point so my body is constantly telling me to eat.

Tirz for me had decent appetite control.

Reta is much better. I have a strong appetite but I'm forced to keep the dishes small because I get full so fast. One odd thing is that I don't get full fast when it comes to super sugary foods like desserts. If I stick to eating clean then it really does the trick.

Yeah i can eat srsly a lot of shit sugary things on reta xD i don't do it but if I wanted... Oh boy.

Pasta or pizza or normal carbs no... Before I could eat 500gr of pasta with heavy fatty stuff in it and be fine now I can't.

But give me ice-cream, pastries or whatever the fuck and I can continue no stop lol
