Nope . First time running npp as well. I've always ran dec around 600. Once I bumped npp up to 350 400 range I started changing drastically . I was satisfied

But towards the end I did start running growth maybe about. a month in so it was hard to tell if the retention was from the growth or npp

You can use the search function for that too. Hit search and change it to this thread only. Leave the user name blank and search for
[ATTACH] (with the brackets).You'll see every post that has an attachment. Most won't be what you're looking for, but it's still better than going through each page.

As for the quality over quantity part, Tbol doesn't aromatize to my knowledge, so no water gainz.
