Pops used to do it, for years, he didnt compete but he maintained a well above average physique and well above average strength.

Said he would just stay near gyms when he could so he could workout there, and also brought some equipment with him so he could atleast get some sort of workout in when he couldnt get to a gym.

Cant say much for his diet, i always told him why didnt he buy a cooler and keep food in it and he always said "i cant. If i have food just sitting around i will just eat it all" lmao it's true though, even to this day the man is a goddamn black hole that just sucks in food haha

Well I would say surely genetics play a part as well. I can eat like a horse and gain very little weight. Stay below 20 bf whether I work out or not. A fridge and a microwave go a long way but prepping all the food before I hit the road is manageable but storing it and being able to consume it at the proper times is the real struggle.

Kind of how he is. He has some thyroid problem so he just eats and eats and never gets fat.

Shit...i dont think ive ever seen him ever gwt really high bodyfat. Like he has never gotten like single digit lean i dont think cuz he doesnt want to compete , but he's always had visible abs I don't think ive ever seen him get below like 240.
 
Zero points here too. It's funny, I do to a dmv and get a print out and they always have something to say. "Wow, not bad" lol. The kicker is working for an hourly wage. Pay by the mile or load should be illegal. I could go on all day why it's not ok.
That whole "migrant and seasonal workers" thing the govt hasnt changed since the 50's. Thats what allows companies to rip drivers off for loading and unloading times where often the driver can go 2 hours at each stop completely free. Hourly is absolutely the way to go. By law transportation companies do not NEED to pay over time. But mine does. And lots of it. Life has never been better

Lucky man. Every company I worked with had detention procedures that were a joke as if they didn't want you getting the detention pay. Amounted to less than minimum wage if you were lucky enough to ever get it. I think truckers need a real union.

Move. I did. Came 1600 miles away from home down here in search of better. I found it. Not every company is a shitshow

There is no proper time to eat. Eat when you can and/or when you want to. It's as simple as that.
 
Sometimes we do try to complicate things. I just meant as far as eating early to rev metabolism,within 30 of workout,etc

Eating only raises TEF (thermic effect of food). It doesn't really affect your BMR (basal metabolic rate). You don't need to eat within 30min of a workout. You can eat during a workout, 30min before, 1hr before, 2hrs before, eat nothing before ie fasted training, or whenever you want/can eat.
