I will join the bandwagon, I paid 20+ days ago, followed up 8 days after, someone replied they were looking into it, then end conversation. Followed up 8 days after that follow up, no reply since.

PM'd here, no reply from TSL. So, 3 days after that PM'd Padawan. Padawan said he would get the info to TSL.

2 days later, watching others make simular posts having problems reaching him.

So, yes, Communication problems.

I'd be a little concerned after 20+ days as well considering in the recent past TA was roughly 3 days. I do know @thetsl was pulled out a couple weekends ago for a 24hr shift so communication was lacking for a few days but he came right back rocking and rolling. It's been 9 days so far for me this time so hopefully he'll be back on soon to let us know what's up and get it squared away.

Yeah, TSL replied to my PM himself but never anything else, he asked for my email and never responded after that. Neither seem like they care to take an order. Padawan never responded. I give them the benefit of the doubt and say they are busy

Looks like TSL labs is having issues with communication and getting orders out. I can't even get an order initiated due to communication. I think I'll wait until TSL has a grip on things again. It doesn't look so smooth atm.
