Sounds like this source has very poor customer service. I don't follow this thread much, but I know when I place an order, I expect to hear when my money has been received and an idea when it will be shipped. I don't think that is too much to ask for. Another thing is if a domestic takes as long as international why bother. Go for the cheapest deal with the best service.

No, I think it's the less is better part of your statement but I do agree with you guys that atleast a confirmation email saying everything is on track or something of that sort would be nice... don't believe anyone hasn't received their order yet though so that is good
 
I expect exactly what I'm witnessing... it's just way more "colourful" than any other forum... glad u guys r putting these chem flushers through the sewer system...
 
I think it's hilarious. The labs name should be "Took So Long".

It's one thing that hasn't changed for the lab the whole time they been here and yet people still complain about how they don't have more communication or better TA...what the fuck you expect?

I was having trouble communicating so I browsed the thread for a bit, quite entertaining actually, but I also seen many instances of poor communication and delivery. Usually I don't mind the wait in which case I will shop with my international choice, but this source has some mixes that my international source doesn't and I want. Things get backed up both personally and on the business side it's almost inevitable, but that is where your rep is supposed to receive the load and have your six.

I'm here to bridge the gap between T and you guys, i also live a life and can't be here 24/7 but i do in fact get on every nigh to check PMs and keep a contact... for most of the messages I receive its " hey man sent order info hour ago any progress" that in fact gets a simple " please calm down and realize what your doing here" type response...

i also read every post here and when i see things are getting backed up i try to light a fire under him and also forward over most emails guys have been waiting... of course not going into to much detail we have a system set up for security.. although i agree sometimes 20 days is way to long to wait, but we are getting better at volume and continue to strive for better each day
