Some of your points are valid, but your empathy for them is what gets labs to scam members. I see that now. A ugl knows the risk taking things to post office, but in reality they aren't being brought inside but rather dropped off in a box with no human contact. I had absolutely no idea. I'm not saying tsl is or will scambut we shouldn't be justifying long wait times or wanting people openly complaining to stop, this is what keeps ugl on track. If the orders are getting to be too much too fast, then the simple fix is a auto response from. The email saying we are not taking orders at this time please try back at " such and such date" That's a simply and awesome idea, hope they are readying this and learn to implement such tools.

There are other ways to manage a problems, but we want to continue to openly express concern, even if that comes from different members using different tones through words, as we know.. some people in life express frustration a little more harshly than others, I for one am a little more level headed and wouldn't approach in this manner but, reality is , others do and sometimes you need the bull in the cage.

I don't want to start any shit with you @MysticMac but im one of those guys that's stuck right now with no product. Exactly two weeks ago I emailed an order. Followed the directions for bitcoin. (Not my first time sending bitcoins either). Gave confirmation of sent bitcoin and shipping info. Within hours the bitcoin transaction went from pending to complete. Even followed up with padawan twice to make sure I wasn't one of the so called "can't follow simple directions" and have very patiently sat here. I'd have no problem waiting two plus weeks if that was the norm for everybody but that's like a slap in the face when someone gets it in 4 day and I sit here for two weeks. Thank god I still have my other gear or I would have been fucked. As for reordering that's been my goal all along is th have a good reliable source with a good product. So if that was the case with @TSL he could have had all my orders.
