Pretty sure they just can't sample from USA any longer.

Believe, and could be wrong... but one could ship to another county and have forwarded to simec... believe this is what is going on. But, this is pure speculation.

I'm just pointing out that it's been a minute since the last round of testing and even longer since they've accepted a sample. I've looked and there is no definitive time frame on when we may have another lab testing again. It wouldn't be the first time a worthy project has fizzled out. Testing resumes by all means donate away
